ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is responsible for translating emerging best practices and industry insights into clear, practical activation resources for health system physician leadership teams, including slide-based materials used in advisory and facilitation work. Drawing on input from the physician faculty, convening, and external research, this role produces high-quality content—such as decks, self-service resources, reports, and case studies—that makes complex ideas accessible and actionable. Helps physician faculty curate and customize tailored presentations and resource recommendations for health system clients.
Content Development
- Translate emerging best practices, industry insights, and physician faculty expertise into clear, practical activation resources for audiences including frontline physicians, care teams, physician leaders, and health system leadership teams.
- Develop executive-ready slide decks used in advisory, facilitation, and teaching engagements.
- Create materials that are easy to use in live discussions, with clear flow, prompts, and takeaways.
- Create user-friendly supporting content such as self-service resources, reports, case studies, talking points, and interview or discussion guides.
- Collaborate with physician faculty and data teams to customize and curate tailored slide decks and resource recommendations for high-touch report-outs and client-specific engagements.
- Adapt content for different audiences, activation contexts, and delivery formats.
Research & Collaboration
- Conduct a blend of primary research (interviews, convening synthesis, faculty input) and secondary research (literature reviews, industry reports) to identify emerging best practices and industry trends.
- Conduct background research needed to draft survey questions and program evaluation criteria in ways that reflect the common language and terminology used by health system well-being teams.
- Partner with physician faculty, Activation, and Product leaders to validate interpretations, relevance, and applicability.
- Translate research findings into usable guidance rather than academic research outputs.
- Synthesize patterns across research sources to identify practical implications for activation and advisory work.
Content and Event Stewardship
- Support convenings and live sessions by developing agendas, run-of-show documents, and session flow in partnership with SMEs and speakers.
- Coordinate speaker and presenter preparation, including materials, timing, and session logistics from the events team.
- Draft and proofread text for participant-facing materials such as invitations, session descriptions, and supporting content.
- Shepherd assigned content through required internal feedback, editorial, legal review, and proofreading processes.
- Design, implement, maintain, and curate knowledge management systems that organize activation content for reuse and iteration by the entire program team.
- Establish conventions for versioning, organization, and ongoing upkeep of content assets.
May include other responsibilities as assigned.
