What You'll Be Doing
- Perform startup and commissioning of commercial HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot controls, wiring, and system performance issues
- Verify proper operation of control sequences and electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Support project completion and quality assurance processes
- Maintain safety and workmanship standards on job sites
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC controls or startup experience
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and HVAC controls
- Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Ability to read technical drawings and control schematics
- 06A HVAC Electrical License preferred
- Building automation system experience is a plus
- NATE Certification or equivalent credentials preferred
