Momentum Therapy is hiring contract COTAs for an established private school caseload with a dedicated therapy gym. Children attend school at the treatment location, allowing you to pick them up directly from their classrooms and schedule back-to-back visits.

One convenient location with no driving between school visits.
A dedicated therapy gym for individualized, play-led treatment.
Children already on site—no waiting for families to arrive for appointments. Most children attend from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Flexibility to coordinate visits around your own schedule, as most children attend daily for the majority of the day.
An established caseload with 30 weekly treatment hours available to share among multiple therapists.
-OR - choose a smaller caseload or take on more hours based on your availability.
An additional 20 weekly treatment hours are available in outpatient and home settings throughout the Oklahoma City metro for therapists interested in expanding their caseload.
Compensation:
Private school setting: $47 per billable treatment hour.
Home visits: $60 per billable treatment hour.
Independent contractor position; compensation is for direct treatment time, with required documentation included in the rate.
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy treatment, maintain timely documentation, and collaborate with families and school staff to support each child’s goals.
