Fast-growing sandwich company that specializes in sandwich customization currently seeking a rockstar Front-of-House Guest Experience Associate/ Customer Service Specialist. Looking for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers upon entry.
- Handing off orders to customers and updating order statuses.
- Helping customers place orders on our touch-screen kiosks (if required).
- Answering phones, advising on catering orders, and assisting customers with placing orders.
- Answering any questions customer may have in a friendly and professional manner.
- Responding to customer emails when required.
- Helping customers understand what Barney Brown is, how they can customize their sandwiches, etc.
- Learning our full menu and providing recommendations for order quantities.
- Processing refunds, and up-charges.
- Assisting with the fulfillment and packing of all orders.
- Overseeing the dispatch of all delivery orders. Ensuring all orders go out the door on time and reach customers within their desired delivery windows.
- Opening and closing of Front-of-House.
Requirements:
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a friendly demeanor and are comfortable interacting face-to-face with our customers.
- Must be available to work 4 shifts per work (mandatory Tue, Wed, & Thu shifts).
- No prior experience required.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Shift Hours / Availability:
- Hours: 9:30AM-2:00PM, 10:00AM - 2:30PM, or 11:00AM-4:15PM (one 9:30AM - 4:15PM shift maybe required per week)
- Must be available Tuesday - Thursday.
- Extra Shifts: Guaranteed 3 shifts a week with the ability to grow schedule. Schedules are generally allotted based on performance and reliability.
Compensation:
- Position starts at $17.00/hour +tips
- Tips: Approx. additional $1.50-$3.00/hour
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
