Key job responsibilities
- Interface with customer and AWS leadership, driving collaboration between the other core account groups (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services), product/engineering teams, and customer teams, to plan and support major workload migrations
- Help manage cadence through reporting and tracking functions along the way
- Identify opportunities/risks, establish relationships with your customers, engage in constructive discussions, and advise customers on relevant best practices for migration, modernization and AI/ML adoption.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with one of the following programming languages: Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++
- Experience with two or more of the following: networking fundamentals, security, storage or databases (relational or NoSQL), operating systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of at least one relevant technology domain area (e.g., compute, hardware, network, software, big data, security, etc.)
- Experience with one or more of the following domains: analytics, security, storage, DevOps, application development, or machine learning
