In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for acquiring third-party data center capacity, large-scale build-to-suit projects, and joint venture developments. Beyond individual agreement-making, you will architect and lead a high-performing team of negotiators, providing the mentorship, strategic oversight, and organizational advocacy necessary to scale our infrastructure. Your success will be measured by your ability to develop your team’s capabilities while driving multi-billion-dollar savings and accelerated capacity delivery for the company.

- Own end-to-end negotiation and execution of high-value real estate agreements, colocation leases, power purchase agreements, and joint ventures.
- Architect commercial models like NNN leases and sales-leasebacks, negotiating business terms with Legal and Finance to mitigate long-term operational risks.
- Conduct research and modeling to assess capacity needs and strategic expansion markets, while cultivating relationships with key colocation providers and developers.
- Build business cases using Net Present Value (NPV) and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics, presenting agreement summaries to executive leadership to justify multi-million-dollar investments and secure approvals.
- Interface between internal technical teams and external partners, implementing tracking systems to align infrastructure needs with commercial reality.
