Senior Data Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst on our Business Intelligence team, you will leverage internal data and a modern data stack to provide valuable insights that enhance operations and business outcomes across all departments. This role will report up to the Manager of Business Intelligence.
In this role you will:
- Develop expertise in navigating and generating insights from internal databases (including Salesforce).
- Partner with various departments to identify and outline data needs and requirements.
- Work with Tableau and SQL to build customized dashboards, visual analyses, and self-serve tools for key stakeholders.
- Leverage Snowflake Intelligence and Claude to build, optimize, and deploy AI-driven insights, automated reporting pipelines, or natural language querying tools for business teams.
- Contribute to work across the Analytics department, including Analytics Engineering and Data Science.

You will work with our modern data stack (Fivetran + Snowflake + dbt + Tableau + Census + Claude) to deliver a combination of automated reports and dashboards, self-service tools, and ad-hoc analyses.

Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.)
- 4+ years of professional experience in a dedicated business intelligence or analytics role.
- 2+ years of experience working directly within a Snowflake data warehouse environment.
- 1+ years of experience working with Snowflake Intelligence or integrating Claude to automate workflows, process unstructured data, or enhance BI tools.
- Ability to perform complex joins and transformations on data using SQL.
- Experience building data visualizations with Tableau or similar tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of Excel (vlookup, index/match, pivot tables, calculations).
- Bonus: Experience using DBT, Git, and Python.
Compensation:
Annual Targeted Salary: $114,000 – $144,000 USD
Annual Target Bonus: 10%
