Luce Line Family Dental is looking for an experienced licensed OR unlicensed dental assistant to join our team and support our new dental therapist. About the Position: This is a full-time employee position working Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. You’ll work alongside our dental therapist, helping provide a positive patient experience and supporting the day-to-day flow of care.
Your weekly schedule will be:
- Monday & Tuesday 8am-5pm: Winsted, MN
- Wednesday & Thursday 8am-5pm: Howard Lake, MN
Compensation:
Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and licensing. We welcome both licensed and unlicensed dental assistants with previous dental experience, and compensation will reflect the skills and experience you bring to the team. What You’ll Do
- Assist the dental therapist with patient care and clinical procedures.
- Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their appointments.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to keep appointments running smoothly.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience through thoughtful communication and teamwork.
