This is a hands-on role for a marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with email marketing, SMS marketing, customer segmentation, automated lifecycle flows, and CRM development, while also contributing to broader campaign planning, project management, agency collaboration, and digital marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with the Chief GTM Officer and collaborate with E-commerce, Creative & Branding, and external agency partners to improve customer experience and drive revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Marketing & Customer Retention - Klaviyo Email & SMS Marketing
(Hands-On Expertise Required)
- Own hands-on execution and optimization of Klaviyo email, SMS, segmentation, flows, and customer journeys.
- Plan and execute both promotional and value-driven email campaigns.
- Develop engaging content strategies that strengthen customer relationships beyond promotional messaging.
- Conduct A/B testing and ongoing optimization of campaigns and flows.
- Evaluate, optimize, and expand Klaviyo flows, templates, and customer journeys to improve engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies that improve engagement and revenue performance.
- Build and optimize SMS campaigns and automated SMS flows.
- Monitor deliverability, list health, engagement metrics, and lifecycle performance.
- Evaluate and recommend new Klaviyo capabilities, including Customer Hub, AI features, and related retention technologies.

- Collaborate closely with E-commerce and Creative & Branding teams to ensure messaging remains consistent across channels and customer touchpoints.
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Agency Collaboration & Digital Marketing Support

- Lead communication between the CGO, internal teams, and agency partners to ensure agency work aligns with business objectives, product priorities, and marketing strategy.
- Gather, organize, and translate internal feedback into clear, actionable agency comments, priorities, and ClickUp tasks, ensuring agency deliverables remain aligned, on schedule, and accountable.
- Track open agency questions, decisions, and follow-up items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Project & Workflow Management
- Own the digital marketing project management rhythm across campaign execution, agency initiatives, lifecycle marketing, and website-related projects.
- Translate CGO-defined priorities, Epics, and Stories into actionable tasks, owners, deadlines, and story points based on team capacity.
- Manage Jira boards, sprint plans, task dependencies, timelines, and delivery progress to ensure projects move forward with clear accountability.
- Facilitate sprint planning and routine project review meetings, ensuring priorities, blockers, risks, and next steps are clearly documented.
- Proactively identify resource gaps, timeline risks, unclear ownership, and cross-functional blockers before they impact delivery.
- Prepare weekly project status updates for leadership, summarizing progress, key risks, upcoming deadlines, and decisions needed.
