Warby Parker was founded with a mission: to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose, and style.
We're constantly asking ourselves how we can do more and make a greater impact, and that starts by reimagining everything that a company and industry can be. We want to demonstrate that a business can scale while doing good in the world, without charging a premium for it. And we’ve learned that it takes creativity, empathy, and innovation to achieve that goal.
Since the day we launched in 2010, we’ve pioneered ideas, designed products, and developed technologies that help people see. We offer everything you need for happier eyes at a price that leaves you with money in your pocket, from designer-quality glasses and contacts to eye exams and vision tests, and you can meet us online, at our stores, or even in your home. Wherever and whenever you need it, we’re there to make exceptional vision care simple and accessible. (Delightful, too.)
Ultimately, we believe in vision for all, which is why for every pair of glasses or sunglasses we sell, a pair of glasses is distributed to someone in need through our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program.

Sales Supervisor Jobs in Texas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales supervisor in Texas?
Most sales supervisor roles in Texas require a combination of frontline sales experience and a demonstrated record of exceeding quota before moving into management. Texas does not issue a state license for general sales supervisors, so employers focus on work history, results, and leadership ability. A bachelor's degree in business or marketing strengthens candidacy, and industry-specific certifications, such as those from the Texas Real Estate Commission for property sales roles, can be required in certain sectors.
Which companies hire sales supervisors in Texas?
Employers hiring sales supervisors in Texas right now include 5.11, Delta Galil, and Harbor Freight Tools, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Texas's size and economic diversity mean openings appear across retail giants, enterprise technology firms, healthcare distributors, and energy sector vendors concentrated along the I-35 corridor and in Houston.
Which Texas cities have the most sales supervisor jobs?
Houston, Dallas, and Austin have the most sales supervisor openings in Texas. Dallas and Houston generate the largest volume thanks to their concentration of corporate headquarters, wholesale distribution hubs, and enterprise technology firms, while San Antonio's growing retail sector and military-adjacent consumer market create steady demand outside the two largest metros.
Are there remote sales supervisor jobs in Texas?
Yes, but they are less common than in purely desk-based fields because sales supervision typically involves coaching reps on the floor, attending client meetings, and observing team performance in person. About 0% of sales supervisor openings tied to Texas are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with remote arrangements most often available for inside sales or enterprise account management teams that operate entirely by phone and video.
How can I get hired as a sales supervisor in Texas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is to excel as a top-performing individual sales contributor first, then pursue an internal promotion into a team lead or assistant supervisor role. Large Texas retailers such as H-E-B and regional distributors along the Gulf Coast regularly promote from within and offer structured leadership development programs for high performers. Lateral moves from account coordinator or inside sales representative roles are common entry points, and completing a sales management certification from a recognized Texas business school can accelerate the transition.
Where can I find and apply to sales supervisor jobs in Texas?
You can find and apply to sales supervisor jobs in Texas on Migrate Mate, which lists current Texas openings updated regularly. Find the roles that fit your experience and location, then apply directly to the employer through the listing.
