THE ROLE
As part of the Demand Generation team and reporting to the Director, Regional Marketing, Strategic & Key Accounts, you will play a critical role in driving integrated demand generation, account engagement, and pipeline acceleration across Okta's highest-value account segments. You will support both the Strategic Accounts Marketing team and the Key Accounts Marketing team by executing a multi-channel integrated framework that moves target accounts through the buyer journey.
This role requires a collaborative, energetic, creative, team-minded, and detail-oriented marketer. You will act as a force multiplier by establishing foundational mechanisms that the team operates upon, looking for continuous opportunities to optimize programs, operations, and reporting, and leveraging AI to streamline and automate workflows to consistently raise the bar for execution.

- Integrated Multi-Channel Framework: Supporting both Strategic and Key Accounts, you will help connect field events, direct mail, digital activations, and peer intelligence initiatives into cohesive, high-impact account journeys.
- Foundational Mechanisms & Optimization: Rather than just executing single tactics, you will help build and refine operational mechanisms, playbooks, and reporting structures that optimize how our entire team operates.
- AI-Driven Efficiency: You will actively embrace Generative AI and modern automation tools to optimize processes, accelerate content creation, and eliminate administrative friction to continually raise our bar.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Program Support & Campaign Optimization
- Support campaign and program builds: Partner closely with regional marketing managers to assist in the setup, asset coordination, and logistics for field marketing events, executive dinners, VIP receptions, and targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABx) campaigns.
- Optimize multi-channel nurtures & customer journeys: Work directly with Marketing Operations to analyze, update, and optimize email nurture sequences through a strategic account lens, unlocking continuous improvements in account engagement and conversion.
- Maintain visibility & alignment across team initiatives: Stay deeply plugged into all active regional campaigns across Strategic and Key Accounts to ensure central communication mechanisms, field newsletters, and team playbooks remain accurate and continuously updated.
- Serve as key data & operational problem solver: Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting data discrepancies, lead routing issues, and campaign tracking errors across Salesforce and Tableau to preserve reporting integrity.
Marketing Operations, Event Logistics & Mechanisms
- Manage comprehensive event logistics and vendor relations, encompassing venue sourcing, webinar/platform setup, swag replenishment, and Purchase Order (PO) creation.
- Instill and maintain foundational team mechanisms, tracking systems, and operational templates to drive execution rigor, consistency, and business continuity across the Strategic and Key Account segments.
- Leverage AI tools and automated workflows to streamline daily operations, optimize reporting, and automate repetitive tasks across assigned programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Field Enablement
- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships across Strategic & Key Accounts: Collaborate closely with Regional Marketing Managers (RMMs), Sales, SDRs, Campaigns, Strategic Events, and Product Marketing to align on target account priorities, drive shared revenue outcomes, and systematically capture and share best practices across the broader marketing team.
- Lead field sales communication efforts by owning and delivering weekly strategic field marketing newsletters and campaign alerts, positioning marketing campaigns as actionable pipeline levers.
- Manage centralized tools and playbooks, such as "Go-To Guides" and Regional Decks, to increase field visibility, standardize marketing plays, and drive field adoption.
Lead Management & Automated Workflows
- Oversee campaign enablement and lead management by building localized registration pages (e.g., Splash), crafting urgency-driven invite copy, and establishing white-glove post-event lead routing.
- Architect automated follow-up sequences that alert Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to engage prospects, providing them with templated messaging, conversation starters, and account intelligence to accelerate outreach.
Data Analytics, Reporting & Program Optimization
- Develop and standardize actionable reporting frameworks for event registration, attendance tracking, and target account intent using Salesforce, 6sense, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Empower sales and marketing teams with data-driven insights, leveraging analytics to pivot strategies in real time, evaluate program ROI, and optimize regional targeting strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional B2B tech marketing experience (field marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree; Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
- Experience with marketing and sales technology, including CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua).
- Familiarity with ABM platforms and modern tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase), event management software (e.g., Splash, Zoom), and project management applications (e.g., Asana).
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to accelerate content creation, automate workflows, and analyze program performance.
- Strong analytical abilities with a passion for working with data, analyzing outcomes, and scoping out key insights to establish continuous optimization.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-starter mindset who excels at multitasking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates a positive, team-first growth mindset.
- Ability to work independently with occasional support, while maintaining high collaboration across teams.
