Your Role & Impact
As a trusted advisor to our clients, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of personal insurance accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (home, auto, umbrella, and more)
- Manage policy changes, renewals, and coverage reviews
- Provide tailored insurance solutions to protect clients’ assets
- Build long-term relationships through outstanding service
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding
- Assist clients with claims questions and guidance
- Partner with carriers and internal teams to deliver seamless service
What You Bring
- 3–7 years of personal lines insurance experience (agency or brokerage)
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products (home, auto, umbrella)
- Proven ability to manage relationships independently
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and client service mindset
- Experience with agency management systems (AMS360, Applied/EPIC etc.) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000 – $75,000
