What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a book of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, exposure reviews, and proposals
- Market accounts, negotiate rates, and review carrier quotes and coverage for accuracy
- Identify opportunities to account-round, cross-sell, or up-sell where it genuinely fits the client's needs
- Coordinate with producers on new business development and renewal timelines
- Respond promptly to client service requests and ensure policy documents, binders, and certificates are accurate and delivered on time
- Work directly with carrier underwriters and processing teams to secure the right coverage and pricing
- Keep all transactions accurately recorded in EPIC
What You Bring
- Active P&C license or other Insurance license, and/or a professional designation such as CIC, CISR, CRM, or CLCS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management
- Experience with an agency management/CRM system (EPIC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, market conditions, and relevant state/federal regulations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client and carrier relationships independently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual a plus
