Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our internal creative teams and our external digital partners. Your primary mission? Managing and optimizing thousands of product listings across major online dealers (like Wayfair) to drive massive sales growth, while also coordinating holistic marketing campaigns.
You won’t be doing this alone—you will work closely with and report directly to our COO. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience who wants to take true ownership of a growing company's digital footprint and see the direct impact of their work.
Responsibilities:
- Dealer & Listing Optimization (Primary Focus): Work directly with major online dealers to enhance product listings. Ensure all product descriptions are SEO-optimized, photos are accurate, and listings are fully leveraged for maximum conversion.
- Dealer Relations & Training: Disseminate key product information to online dealers, effectively training them on our brand's unique differentiators and value propositions.
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with external marketing contractors to help develop and execute holistic marketing campaigns aligned with core company goals.
- Internal Liaison: Communicate marketing changes, updates, and upcoming campaigns clearly to the internal sales and product development teams.
- Creative Project Tracking: Coordinate with our design team to ensure new products and product updates are completed in a timely manner, including gathering necessary content and creative assets.
- Website Management: Upload new products, update specifications, and maintain accurate brand information directly on our company website.
- Social Media Management: Entice followers with visual images and graphics, increasing engagement and organic traffic to the company’s website.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or account coordination.
- Platform Familiarity: Experience working with e-commerce portals or dealer platforms (e.g., Wayfair Partner Home, Shopify) is a major plus.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can explain what makes our products special to an external partner just as easily as you can brief an internal designer.
- Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to manage asset delivery and keep track of "thousands of listings" without breaking a sweat.
- Tech Savvy & Data Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data manipulation) combined with a basic understanding of coding principles (e.g., HTML/CSS, basic scripts, or logic) to streamline workflows. Comfortable learning new content management systems (CMS), project management tools, or Product Information Management (PIM) software.
Preferred:
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
Benefits:
- Generous Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Work-Life Balance: Accrue PTO from day one and become eligible for a hybrid work schedule after 6 months.
- Growth Potential: Advance your career within a dynamic and rapidly growing company.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Dental insurance
- Health insurance
- Life insurance
- Paid time off
- Vision insurance
Work Location: In person
