Our business hours are Monday–Saturday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM, and Sunday, 2:00 PM–8:30 PM.

Opening shifts begin at 11:55 AM Monday–Saturday and 1:55 PM Sunday.

Free employee parking is available. There are no routine meter or employee-parking towing issues at our location.

About the Position

This is an entry-level position with paid training.

Entry-level means we are willing to hire someone without previous experience and teach them. It does not mean the job requires little effort, responsibility, or willingness to learn.

You do not need previous dispensary, Shopify, e-commerce, fulfillment, packaging, design, shipping, or AI experience.

What we care about most is finding someone dependable who wants to learn the business, become increasingly capable, take on more responsibility, and potentially grow with the company.

We are specifically looking for someone who wants more than a temporary job.

We invest a significant amount of time in training, so we are especially interested in people who want to stay, contribute, improve, and become part of the team rather than simply pass through while waiting for their next job.

We understand that nobody can promise where they will be years from now. We are not asking for an unrealistic commitment.

We are looking for someone whose intention is to build something with us rather than treat this position as a short-term stepping stone.

Our Wilmington location is both a retail store and the operating center for our e-commerce business.

During a normal shift, you may help customers, fulfill online orders, package products, update inventory, use Shopify, prepare shipments, print labels, work in Canva, use Google Sheets, help stage local delivery orders, or work inside our internal systems.

This is an in-person position.

Schedule & Availability

This position is being hired around our real staffing needs.

The schedule is primarily built around weekday evenings and weekends.

You should be comfortable with shifts that may include:

• Weekday evening shifts beginning around 3:55 PM and continuing through our 8:30 PM close
• Regular Friday evening availability
• Saturday availability beginning as early as 11:55 AM
• Saturday opening or partial-day shifts
• Sunday availability beginning at 1:55 PM
• Occasional earlier shifts for training, inventory, packaging, fulfillment, or other operational needs

Tuesday and Wednesday may sometimes be lighter scheduling days or days off depending on the staffing plan, but no specific weekday should be assumed to always be off.

Weekend availability is important for this position.

We are not looking for someone who is only available Monday through Friday.

Our schedules are also designed to create useful overlap between team members for training, communication, handoffs, and operating the business effectively.

What You Will DoRetail & Customer Service

You will learn our products and day-to-day retail operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Learning our products and helping customers understand their options
• Answering product questions responsibly
• Operating our point-of-sale system
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Verifying customer age when required
• Preparing pickup orders
• Restocking
• Keeping the retail area clean and organized

We focus on being helpful and informative.

We do not pressure customers into purchases or make medical or exaggerated product claims.

Online Orders, Shipping & Fulfillment

A significant part of our business happens online.

You will help prepare orders for:

• Store pickup
• Local same-day delivery
• Nationwide shipping

You will learn how to:

• Pull the correct products and quantities
• Prepare pickup orders
• Stage delivery orders
• Pack shipments neatly and securely
• Print shipping labels
• Update fulfillment information
• Organize completed orders
• Check orders for accuracy before they leave

Accuracy matters.

Sending the wrong product, quantity, or package creates a problem for both the customer and the business.

Shopify & E-Commerce

Shopify powers our online store and is part of our everyday operation.

You may be trained to:

• View and process online orders
• Update inventory
• Update product information
• Work with product variants
• Upload images
• Update collections
• Make basic storefront changes
• Review fulfillment information
• Check the storefront for accuracy

There is no coding requirement.

We are not hiring a programmer or web developer.

We are looking for someone comfortable using a computer who is willing to become proficient with the technology used to operate a modern retail and e-commerce business.

Packaging, Labels & Inventory

We package our own branded products at our Wilmington location.

You may help with:

• Preparing products for sale
• Packaging different quantities and sizes
• Counting products accurately
• Applying and printing labels
• Matching labels to the correct products
• Organizing finished inventory
• Organizing packaging materials
• Restocking
• Inventory counts
• Receiving supplies
• Opening and closing tasks
• General store organization

Attention to detail is required.

Technology We Use

We use technology throughout the business rather than limiting associates to a cash register.

You do not need experience with these systems before applying.

We will train you on the tools required for your responsibilities.

We have also developed our own technology for parts of our operation.

Our delivery-driver app supports our local-delivery network and gives drivers a dedicated system for handling available delivery work.

We also use our own internal team app to help coordinate parts of the business.

As we continue growing, employees who become strong operators may have opportunities to help improve workflows, test systems, and shape how our tools are used in the real operation.

Local Same-Day Delivery

Local same-day delivery is part of our normal business operation.

Store associates help prepare and coordinate these orders.

When necessary, store associates may also complete a local delivery using their own vehicle.

This is not primarily a delivery-driver position.

Your main role is working at our Wilmington location across retail, e-commerce, fulfillment, packaging, inventory, customer service, and other store operations.

When you complete an approved delivery:

• Mileage is reimbursed
• Delivery tips are yours
• You use your own vehicle
• You follow our delivery and customer-verification procedures

We now have our own delivery-driver app and are actively building our independent driver network.

As that network grows, store associates will increasingly focus on preparing and coordinating delivery orders rather than personally completing every delivery.

Transportation Requirements

Because store associates may still need to cover local deliveries, you must have:

• Your own reliable vehicle
• A valid driver's license
• Current vehicle registration
• Current auto insurance
• A working smartphone with reliable service

Simply having transportation to and from work is not enough.

You need to have a reliable vehicle available during your shift when delivery coverage is required.

Employee parking is free.

Pay & Schedule

Starting pay: $14/hour + tips

This is a part-time position, typically around 25 to 30 hours per week.

The position is primarily being hired to strengthen our weekday evening and weekend coverage.

Schedules may also include earlier shifts, packaging work, inventory, fulfillment, and other operational needs.

As the business grows and an employee proves capable of taking on more responsibility, additional hours may become available.

Mileage is reimbursed for approved local deliveries.

Until that transition is further along, you may still be required to use your personal vehicle for approved deliveries, errands, or other business-related driving when necessary.
