Keller is looking for an experienced CAD Technician to perform structural and geotechnical drawings based out of our Greensboro, NC location. In this position, you will work with a collaborative group of engineers and CAD professionals to interpret design concepts and produce final construction drawings.
Responsibilities:
- Providing drafting and designing support by preparing and maintaining engineering drawings
- Completing red-lined as-built drawings
- Preparing designs from general instruction and preliminary sketches, diagrams, or schematics
- Providing recommendations for modifications and changes for design improvement and simplification
- Producing complex technical drawings
- Preparing working drawings from conceptual layout to detailed finished product
- Coordinating CAD projects with other team members
- Generating and coordinating files for project layout
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- AS or BS Degree preferred
- Civil 3D experience preferred
- 0-2 years’ experience working as a CAD Tech/Drafter
- Sound technical knowledge
- Problem solving and commonsense
- Communication and teamwork
- Commercial instincts
- Get-it-done attitude
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Salary Range: $42,000 - $65,000 per year
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
