A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations Manager to join the Brands team at Roblox. In this role, you will build and own the RevOps function for our Brands advertising business, establishing the rhythm of business, forecasting infrastructure, and GTM operational backbone that enables our Sales and Ad Ops teams to scale. You will be both a systems thinker and a hands-on executor, translating data into executive-ready insights while driving alignment across Sales, Ad Ops, Product, and Finance.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You Will:
Revenue Planning & Forecasting:
- Own pipeline and revenue forecasting for the Brands business, maintaining views of funnel health, pacing, and yield across ad products and verticals.
- Build and manage operational dashboards that surface where deals are progressing, stalling, or at risk.
- Define and maintain metric standards (e.g., pipeline stages, pacing benchmarks, utilization rates) to ensure consistent reporting across the team.
Rhythm of Business (RoB):
- Design and run the Brands weekly business review (WBR), including pre-reads, pipeline and pacing commentary, and follow-up tracking.
- Produce executive-ready narratives that translate operational data into clear strategic recommendations.
- Own follow-up tracking and accountability across XFN stakeholders.
GTM & Cross-Functional Execution:
- Translate GTM priorities into clear, actionable in-market plans for the Brands Sales and Ad Ops teams.
- Act as the point of contact between Sales, Ad Ops, Product, and Finance to resolve cross-functional misalignment.
- Support quarterly planning processes including territory planning, goaling, and book-building.
Reporting Infrastructure & Automation:
- Partner with Data and Engineering to automate manual reporting workflows, moving the team toward real-time dashboards.
- Identify and remove high-friction reporting tasks currently consuming FTE bandwidth.
- Maintain CRM data quality standards to ensure planning and forecasting inputs are accurate and consistent.
Operational Rigor & Process Design:
- Document and systematize repeatable operational processes — from media plan intake to campaign pacing to client reporting.
- Identify bottlenecks across the Brands ops workflow and drive resolution in partnership with Product and Engineering.
- Identify opportunities to leverage tooling to reduce manual work and speed up decision-making.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
You Have:
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, programmatic, sales operations, or a related function within digital advertising or media.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable building and interpreting pipeline models, pacing dashboards, and funnel analyses. SQL or equivalent data querying experience a plus.
- Experience designing and running a rhythm of business (WBR, QBR, or equivalent) for a sales or revenue-generating team.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear executive narratives and drive decisions across senior stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to drive alignment across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations.
- Highly organized with a track record of building repeatable, scalable processes.

Translate your Australian credentials for U.S. employers
A three-year Australian bachelor's degree is generally accepted as equivalent to a U.S. four-year degree for E-3 visa purposes. Get a credential evaluation letter ready before interviews so hiring teams can confirm specialty occupation eligibility without delaying the offer.
Target companies with existing visa infrastructure
CRO roles at growth-stage SaaS, fintech, and enterprise software companies in the U.S. are most likely to have HR and legal teams already set up to file E-3 paperwork. Search DOL's public LCA disclosure data to confirm a company has sponsored work visas before.
Use Migrate Mate to find CRO jobs with E-3 sponsorship
Migrate Mate filters for E-3 visa sponsorship specifically, so you're not wasting time on listings that only support H-1B or green card applicants. Search Chief Revenue Officer roles directly and connect with employers already set up to sponsor Australian nationals.
Frame E-3 sponsorship as low-risk for employers
Many U.S. boards and CEOs confuse E-3 with H-1B and assume there's a lottery. Address this directly during final negotiations: E-3 has no cap lottery, and the LCA filing with DOL typically certifies within seven working days, so your start date is predictable.
Negotiate start date timing around LCA certification
Your E-3 consular appointment can't be scheduled until the employer's LCA is certified by DOL. Build at least three to four weeks between your signed offer and your proposed start date to allow for LCA processing and appointment availability at your Australian consulate.
Handle your LCA and visa paperwork through Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service
CRO offers move fast and employers rarely want to project-manage visa paperwork. Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service manages the entire process from offer to consulate appointment, so you can keep focus on onboarding rather than coordinating USCIS requirements with an overloaded HR team.
E-3 Visa Chief Revenue Officer: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Chief Revenue Officer jobs in the U.S. with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to search CRO roles filtered specifically for E-3 visa sponsorship. Generic job boards don't distinguish between visa types, so you often can't tell whether an employer supports E-3 until deep into the process. Migrate Mate surfaces employers already set up to sponsor Australian nationals, which matters at the executive level where offer timelines move quickly.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Chief Revenue Officer role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3 visa?
Yes, CRO roles typically qualify as specialty occupations because they require at minimum a bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as business, marketing, or economics. The key is that the degree requirement must be specific to the role, not a general preference. Employers should document why a degree in a particular discipline is required, not just preferred, in the Labor Condition Application they file with DOL.
How does the E-3 visa compare to the H-1B for a Chief Revenue Officer moving to the U.S.?
The E-3 is available only to Australian citizens but has no annual cap and no lottery, meaning you can apply at any point in the year with a predictable outcome. H-1B has an 85,000-slot annual cap and a lottery that rejects most applicants. For a CRO role where the employer needs you in seat on a specific date, E-3 offers far more timeline certainty than staking an executive hire on a 20 to 30 percent lottery selection rate.
Can I change companies while on an E-3 as a Chief Revenue Officer?
Yes, but each new employer must file a fresh LCA with DOL before you can start working for them. You don't need to return to Australia, but you may need to get a new E-3 visa stamp at a consulate if your current stamp was issued for the previous employer. Build at least three to four weeks into any transition to allow for LCA certification and any consular scheduling required.
