E-3 Visa Endoscopy Registered Nurse Jobs
Endoscopy registered nurse roles qualify for E-3 visa sponsorship because they meet the specialty occupation standard: a bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required by most U.S. employers. The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, making it a reliable path for Australian RNs ready to work in U.S. endoscopy units.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as an Endoscopy Registered Nurse
Verify your NCLEX eligibility before applying
U.S. endoscopy units require NCLEX-RN licensure, and most won't extend a sponsorship offer until you've passed. Apply through a state board of nursing before you start your job search so employers see a clear path to your first day.
Get your credentials evaluated for U.S. equivalency
An Australian three-year Bachelor of Nursing meets the E-3 specialty occupation standard, but employers often request a credential evaluation report. A CGFNS evaluation documents that equivalency and removes a common objection during the offer stage.
Search for E-3 sponsorship on Migrate Mate
Most generic job boards don't filter by visa type, so you waste time on roles that won't sponsor. Migrate Mate lets you search endoscopy nurse openings specifically filtered for E-3 sponsorship, cutting out employers who won't support your application.
Target hospitals with existing endoscopy programs
Ambulatory surgery centers and hospital-based endoscopy units with dedicated gastroenterology departments file LCAs regularly. Facilities already running structured endoscopy programs are familiar with the hiring process and less likely to stall on sponsorship logistics.
Ask employers about LCA timing at the offer stage
Your E-3 visa application can't proceed until your employer's Labor Condition Application is certified by DOL. Confirm during negotiations that your employer understands this step and has HR or legal resources ready to file promptly after your offer is accepted.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for your paperwork
Once you have a signed offer, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork from start to consulate appointment. This avoids the delays that come from employers unfamiliar with the DOL certification and DS-160 preparation process.

Find Endoscopy Registered Nurse JobsEndoscopy Registered Nurse E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I find endoscopy nurse jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for Australian professionals seeking U.S. roles with E-3 sponsorship. Search for endoscopy registered nurse positions directly on Migrate Mate to find employers already open to sponsoring Australian RNs, rather than applying broadly and screening sponsorship willingness one employer at a time.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does an endoscopy RN role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes. Registered nursing positions requiring a BSN meet the E-3 specialty occupation standard because a specific bachelor's degree is an industry-wide requirement for the role. Endoscopy units universally require RN licensure and a nursing degree, which satisfies USCIS's specialty occupation criteria without the ambiguity that affects some other nursing subspecialties.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Australian endoscopy nurses?
The E-3 is available only to Australian citizens and has no annual lottery, so you can apply any time of year as soon as you have a job offer. The H-1B requires winning a randomised lottery with roughly a 25% selection rate. For Australian RNs, the E-3 is the direct path; the H-1B is not a reliable option for most applicants.
Can I transfer my endoscopy nursing experience from Australia to a U.S. role on an E-3?
Your Australian endoscopy nursing experience is directly relevant and valued by U.S. employers, but you'll need to pass the NCLEX-RN to hold a U.S. nursing licence before starting work. Your Australian degree satisfies the E-3 educational requirement, and documented endoscopy procedure experience, including colonoscopy and upper GI scope volumes, strengthens both your application and your offer negotiation.
