Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes. About The Role
If you’ve heard of Rippling, you may know us as an HR company. But that’s far from the full story. Since Day One, we’ve invested heavily in the ability to build, market, and sell multiple products to multiple buyers. This “secret sauce” has unlocked massive growth for Rippling—as one of the fastest growing startups we’re well on our way to building a single platform for companies to manage all of their business operations. One of our most critical business units is our Finance Suite. Thousands of companies use it to save money and manage all of it in one place across corporate cards, expenses, travel, procurement, payroll, and more. Over the next few years, we’re going to scale our finance products to hundreds of thousands of businesses. And that’s where you come in. As our Growth Marketing Lead for Finance, you’ll build and scale a marketing machine that drives hundreds of millions of dollars of ARR for our finance products. You’ll launch new experiments, scale the winners, and optimize performance to hit ambitious targets. We’re looking for a marketer who can help us set the industry standard for B2B growth marketing. If you’re an innovative growth expert who thrives on pushing the limits of the possible, we’d love to chat! This role is based in our New York or San Francisco office.
What You Will Do
- Own ambitious pipeline targets, and race to hit them. You’ll run experiments, share the learnings, and scale the winners. There’s so much upside if we can find enough growth unlocks.
- Build a cohesive playbook. You’ll work closely with performance marketing, web, sales, and other teams to ensure everyone is rowing in the same direction to maximize ARR. You’ll ensure that sales outreach, creative, landing pages, and more are all optimized.
- Deploy a $XM budget. You’ll deploy millions of dollars across online and offline channels, maximizing the ROI of our marketing mix.
- Go from 0>1 on PLG and self-serve. You’ll work closely with our product team to build out self-serve funnels for Rippling’s finance products.
- Innovate and push the envelope, moving beyond typical B2B marketing playbooks to unlock scale and ROI. You’ll obsess over finding novel ways to use AI and other tools to drive growth.
What You Will Need
- 5-7+ years of growth marketing experience, including experience in performance marketing and funnel optimization at scale for a high-velocity acquisition motion. B2B growth experience is preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of hitting ambitious growth targets. You love to take on big targets, and see it as a challenge to get there.
- Strong ownership mentality; you take maximum accountability for performance and can clearly communicate performance drivers to cross-functional teams and execs.
- You’re both an analytical wiz, and also aren’t afraid to go deep into qualitative data to build your intuition.
- You have incredible writing skills; you can write ads and emails that convert.
- Self-starter with a bias towards action who is able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Growth Marketing Lead
Frame your degree against the role
U.S. consular officers assess whether your specific degree field supports the Growth Marketing Lead title. A degree in commerce or communications maps cleanly; a general business degree needs a cover letter connecting your major coursework to growth marketing functions.
Target companies with active LCA filings
Search the DOL's Office of Foreign Labor Certification disclosure data for employers who have filed LCAs for marketing management roles. These companies already understand the E-3 process and won't need educating during salary negotiations.
Get the job description written correctly
The offer letter and job description must state that a bachelor's degree in a specific field is required, not preferred. 'Preferred' wording can trigger a specialty occupation challenge at the consulate, so ask HR to revise before the LCA is filed.
File your LCA before booking travel
Your employer must obtain a certified LCA from DOL before you can apply for your E-3 visa stamp. Standard LCA certification runs around seven business days. Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork so nothing falls through between offer acceptance and your consulate appointment.
Clarify remote and hybrid arrangements upfront
If you'll work remotely from a different state than your employer's headquarters, the LCA must reflect the actual work location. Mismatched locations between the LCA and your I-94 entry record can create compliance issues when you renew.
Renew before your current E-3 expires
E-3 renewals require a fresh LCA certified for the renewal period. Start the renewal process at least 60 days before your visa stamp expires to avoid gaps, especially if your growth marketing role has shifted title or scope since the original filing.

Find Growth Marketing Lead JobsGrowth Marketing Lead E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Growth Marketing Lead jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Search Migrate Mate to filter Growth Marketing Lead roles by employers who sponsor the E-3 visa. Most general job boards don't flag E-3 sponsorship separately from H-1B, so you'll waste time screening manually. Migrate Mate surfaces roles where the employer has demonstrated familiarity with Australian visa pathways, cutting the research time significantly.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Growth Marketing Lead role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, provided the role requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as marketing, communications, or business. The key is the job description: it must establish that a degree is a minimum requirement, not merely preferred. Roles with broad responsibilities spanning multiple unrelated disciplines can draw scrutiny, so a tightly scoped job description strengthens your application.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Growth Marketing Lead positions?
The E-3 is far more predictable for this role. H-1B requires entering a randomised lottery with roughly a 25% selection rate, meaning most applicants can't start until October even if selected. The E-3 has no lottery, no annual cap pressure, and you can apply directly at a U.S. consulate in Australia with a certified LCA and a valid job offer, often starting within weeks.
Can my employer file the E-3 paperwork without an immigration attorney?
Technically yes, but the LCA filing and consulate preparation have specific formatting and timing requirements that create risk if mishandled. A rejected LCA or incomplete DS-160 delays your start date. Many Australian professionals use a dedicated filing service rather than full legal counsel to manage costs while still ensuring the paperwork is done correctly the first time.
