Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as an Enterprise Sales Executive
Align your degree to the role
Enterprise sales roles must qualify as a specialty occupation, meaning your bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field needs to connect directly to the job duties your employer describes in the LCA.
Target companies with existing LCA history
Search the DOL's Office of Foreign Labor Certification disclosure data for employers who have filed LCAs for sales or business development roles. Prior filings signal familiarity with the E-3 process, reducing back-and-forth during offer negotiation.
Find E-3 sponsorship jobs on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to search Enterprise Sales Executive roles filtered by E-3 visa sponsorship. Once you have an offer, Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service handles your LCA filing, visa paperwork, and consulate preparation end-to-end.
Address territory and remote work upfront
Enterprise sales roles often involve multi-state territories or remote work. Your LCA must list the correct worksite location, so clarify your primary office address with your employer before filing to avoid USCIS or DOL complications.
Prepare a specialty occupation letter early
Ask your employer to draft a job offer letter that explicitly ties your role to your degree field. Consular officers assessing E-3 applications pay close attention to whether a sales position genuinely requires specialized knowledge rather than general business skills.
Confirm your Australian credentials translate correctly
A three-year Australian bachelor's degree is generally accepted as equivalent to a U.S. four-year degree for E-3 purposes. If your degree title or field isn't obvious from the name, a credential evaluation report strengthens your consulate application.

Find Enterprise Sales Executive JobsEnterprise Sales Executive E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Enterprise Sales Executive jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the recommended way to search Enterprise Sales Executive roles where employers are open to E-3 sponsorship. Standard job boards don't filter by visa type, so you waste time applying to roles where sponsorship was never on the table. Migrate Mate surfaces positions matched to your E-3 eligibility as an Australian national.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does an Enterprise Sales Executive role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, but the framing matters. The role must require a bachelor's degree in a specific field, such as business, marketing, or communications, not just any degree. Employers who describe the position as requiring general sales ability without degree specificity risk a consular challenge. A well-drafted job offer letter that connects your qualifications to defined role duties resolves this.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Enterprise Sales Executive roles?
The E-3 has no annual cap and no lottery, so you can start work as soon as your visa is approved rather than waiting for an October 1 start date. H-1B registration is limited to Australian nationals and subject to a random selection process with around a 25% chance of selection. For Enterprise Sales Executive roles, the E-3 is a faster and more predictable path.
What happens to my E-3 status if I change employers or sales territories?
Changing employers requires a new LCA and a new E-3 visa application. You can't port your status the way some other visa holders can. If your role shifts to a materially different worksite or territory, your employer may need to file an amended LCA with DOL. Plan any job transition around your current visa expiry to avoid gaps in work authorization.
