Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Corporate Sales Manager
Frame your Australian sales credentials precisely
U.S. hiring managers often undervalue foreign titles. Translate your pipeline ownership, revenue targets, and team leadership into dollar-denominated results on your resume so interviewers can benchmark your experience against domestic candidates.
Target companies with existing E-3 hiring history
Search DOL's Office of Foreign Labor Certification disclosure data to find employers who have filed Labor Condition Applications for sales management roles. A company that has sponsored E-3 workers before faces a much shorter internal approval process than one encountering it for the first time.
Get your employer comfortable with LCA timing
Many sales managers lose offers because hiring managers assume visa paperwork takes months. The E-3 LCA certifies within seven business days through DOL, and consulate appointments in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth can often be booked within weeks of approval.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for post-offer paperwork
Once you have a signed offer, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork end-to-end. This removes the administrative burden from your new employer and reduces the risk of delays that could push back your start date.
Align your degree field to the posted role requirements
USCIS requires that your bachelor's degree field be directly related to the Corporate Sales Manager role. A degree in business administration, marketing, or communications maps cleanly. If your degree is in an unrelated field, document three years of relevant experience for each missing year of specialized education.
Negotiate your start date around consulate appointment availability
Build at least four to six weeks between your offer acceptance and your proposed start date. Consulate appointment slots can be scarce during peak periods, and your employment cannot begin until you hold a valid E-3 visa stamp regardless of when the LCA is certified.

Find Corporate Sales Manager JobsCorporate Sales Manager E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Corporate Sales Manager jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. It surfaces Corporate Sales Manager roles at employers who have E-3 or LCA filing history, so you're not cold-applying to companies that have never heard of the visa. Filtering by sponsorship history significantly improves your response rate compared to applying through general job boards.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Corporate Sales Manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, provided the position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field such as business, marketing, or management. The role must be structured so that the degree is a minimum requirement, not merely preferred. Job descriptions that list 'bachelor's degree preferred' rather than 'required' can create complications at the consulate, so clarify this with your employer before filing.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Corporate Sales Manager roles?
The E-3 has no annual lottery and no cap that would block you from starting work, whereas H-1B selection is random and capped at 85,000 per fiscal year. For a Corporate Sales Manager role, the employer's obligations are similar, but the E-3 is faster, less expensive, and can be initiated any time of year. The trade-off is that E-3 eligibility is limited to Australian citizens.
Can I switch employers or get promoted while on an E-3 as a Corporate Sales Manager?
You can change employers, but your new employer must file a fresh LCA with DOL before you begin work. Internal promotions that materially change your job duties or title may also require an updated LCA. You cannot use your existing E-3 stamp with a new employer, so plan for a short processing window between roles to avoid a status gap.
