Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a B2b Marketing Manager
Frame your degree for U.S. specialty occupation
An Australian three-year bachelor's in marketing, business, or communications satisfies the E-3 specialty occupation requirement. Get your credentials evaluated by a NACES-approved service before applying so employers can confirm qualification without delay.
Target companies with existing LCA filing history
Search DOL's OFLC disclosure data for employers who have previously filed Labor Condition Applications for marketing roles. These companies already understand the E-3 process and won't treat sponsorship as an unfamiliar obstacle during interviews.
Find B2B roles through Migrate Mate by name
Use Migrate Mate to search B2B marketing manager positions filtered by E-3 sponsorship history. It surfaces employers who have actively sponsored Australian professionals, saving you from roles where sponsorship conversations start from scratch.
Address sponsorship early in the offer stage
Raise E-3 sponsorship before a written offer is drafted. The employer needs time to file the LCA with DOL before your consulate appointment, and last-minute paperwork requests can delay start dates by weeks.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for the paperwork
Once you have an offer, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork. This keeps the employer's involvement minimal and reduces the chance of errors that trigger consulate questions.
Prepare for dual intent scrutiny in the interview
The E-3 is a nonimmigrant visa, so consular officers assess whether you intend to return to Australia. Bring documentation of ties at home alongside your job offer and LCA to address this cleanly.

How do I find B2B marketing manager jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find B2B marketing manager roles with E-3 sponsorship. It filters positions by employers who have sponsored Australian professionals before, so you're not cold-pitching companies unfamiliar with the visa. Most generic job boards don't let you filter by sponsorship history or visa type.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a B2B marketing manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, provided the position normally requires at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as marketing, business administration, or communications. Roles that accept any degree or where a degree is listed as preferred rather than required can face LCA complications, so reviewing the job description carefully before applying matters.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for B2B marketing manager roles?
The E-3 has a 10,500 annual cap that has never been exhausted, so there's no lottery and no random selection. H-1B registrations for the same role enter a lottery with roughly a 25% selection rate. For Australian marketing professionals, the E-3 means a predictable, employer-controlled timeline rather than a once-a-year chance at selection.
Can I change employers after starting on an E-3 as a B2B marketing manager?
Yes, but your new employer must file a fresh LCA with the DOL and you'll need a new E-3 visa stamp before returning to the U.S. if you travel internationally. You can start working for the new employer once the LCA is certified and a new DS-160 is approved at the consulate, so plan for at least a few weeks of lead time.
