E-3 Visa Marketing Manager Jobs
Marketing Manager roles in the U.S. qualify for E-3 visa sponsorship when the position requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, making it far more predictable than H-1B. Australian professionals can secure sponsorship and start in as little as a few weeks.

About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The GTM Product Marketing team sits within Stripe's Product Marketing org. We make sure Stripe sellers walk into every conversation prepared, confident, and armed with the right story. We translate product value into seller-ready narratives, resources, and enablement — and we measure our impact on seller confidence and how effectively our teams pitch, qualify, and close.
Stripe's Money as a Service (MaaS) products are redefining how platforms and businesses move, store, and manage money. We’re looking for an exceptional GTM product marketer to bring Stripe's story to market. In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue between product, marketing, and the field. You’ll translate complex financial infrastructure capabilities into compelling narratives and seller resources that resonate with our users and drive adoption. You’ll equip customer-facing teams to confidently pitch all our solutions – including Capital, Treasury, Issuing, Embedded Finance for Platforms, and Crypto/Stablecoins – answer technical questions, and speak to roadmap context. You’ll also elevate seller and field insights to refine product positioning and messaging.
What you’ll do
As the GTM PMM for MaaS, you’ll need to quickly build a deep understanding of Stripe’s MaaS products, buyer personas, and differentiation. You will:
- Own the content development and GTM enablement strategy across the MaaS sold funnel — creating seller-ready resources (pitch decks, FAQs, value props, talking points) that translate product positioning into clear, differentiated customer value propositions for platforms, marketplaces, and enterprises.
- Partner with Market Intelligence to monitor and understand MaaS market trends, synthesize insights, and leverage these to build differentiated positioning.
- Design and deliver training programs that build seller expertise across the MaaS portfolio.
- Prepare sellers for major product launch events like Stripe Sessions, and to understand the details of the roadmap product is building.
- Leverage data and insights to identify enablement and knowledge gaps, prioritize asset development, launch new content, and measure effectiveness on seller confidence and other KPIs.
Minimum requirements
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech.
- Familiarity with fintech, payments, treasury, issuing, crypto and/or stablecoins, embedded finance, platforms and marketplaces, or financial infrastructure.
- Experience with Enterprise sales cycles and technical products.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a proven track record of distilling complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to move quickly without compromising attention to detail or polish.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfort with data-driven decision making and measuring marketing impact.
- Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing without direct authority.
Preferred qualifications
- Demonstrated comfort working with, and presenting to, senior leaders across a variety of disciplines.
- Strong collaboration skills, a tendency to seek and share alternative views, and an ability to earn stakeholder confidence.
- Proven past track record of building AI-powered tooling for sellers.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Marketing Manager
Align your credentials to specialty occupation
Your Australian degree must match the marketing discipline of the role you're applying for. A business or commerce degree alone may not satisfy specialty occupation if the job requires a specific marketing qualification. Get your credentials assessed before you apply.
Target employers with active LCA filing history
Search the DOL's Office of Foreign Labor Certification disclosure data for employers who have previously filed LCAs for marketing roles. These companies already understand the E-3 process and won't treat your sponsorship request as an unknown risk.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for post-offer logistics
Once you have an offer, the LCA and consulate paperwork can stall even willing employers. Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service manages the entire process from offer to consulate appointment, so neither you nor your employer loses time on unfamiliar paperwork.
Request a prevailing wage tier review before negotiating
Your employer's LCA must certify a wage that meets DOL prevailing wage levels for your marketing role and location. Ask your employer to confirm the wage tier before you negotiate your offer so there are no surprises at the LCA stage.
Prepare for consulate questions on role scope
Consular officers at Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth will assess whether your Marketing Manager role genuinely requires a degree. Bring a detailed offer letter describing strategic responsibilities, not just campaign execution tasks, to demonstrate specialty occupation clearly.

Find Marketing Manager JobsMarketing Manager E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Marketing Manager jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to search for Marketing Manager roles with confirmed E-3 sponsorship. Standard job boards don't filter by visa type, so you can spend weeks applying only to discover a company won't sponsor. Migrate Mate surfaces roles from employers already familiar with the E-3 process, saving that back-and-forth entirely.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Marketing Manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, when the role requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field as a standard entry requirement. The key test is whether the degree is a genuine prerequisite for the position, not just preferred. Senior strategic roles typically qualify more cleanly than generalist or coordinator-level marketing positions where a degree is listed as optional.
How does the E-3 compare to H-1B for Australian marketing professionals?
The E-3 has a significant practical advantage: there's no lottery and no April filing window. H-1B selection is random, meaning a qualified marketing professional can be rejected simply due to chance. The E-3 is available year-round, has a 10,500 annual allocation that has never been exhausted, and can be approved and stamped within weeks of receiving a job offer.
Can I change employers or get promoted while on an E-3 in a marketing role?
You can change employers, but each new position requires a fresh LCA and a new visa stamp if you're outside the U.S. A promotion within the same company that changes your job duties or title substantially may also require an updated LCA. You're not locked to one employer, but the process resets with each new sponsoring company rather than carrying over.
