E-3 Visa Healthcare Analyst Jobs
Healthcare Analyst roles qualify for E-3 visa sponsorship when the position requires a bachelor's degree in health informatics, public health, or a related field. The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, making it far more predictable than H-1B visa for Australian professionals entering U.S. healthcare systems.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Massachusetts, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Massachusetts and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,200 to $88,200.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Healthcare Analyst
Translate your Australian credentials before applying
U.S. hiring managers may not recognize Australian health informatics or public health qualifications. A credential evaluation from a NACES-approved body confirms your degree meets the specialty occupation threshold DOL and USCIS require for E-3 visa approval.
Target employers with DOL LCA filing history
Search the DOL's Office of Foreign Labor Certification disclosure data to identify health systems and analytics firms that have previously filed Labor Condition Applications. Prior LCA activity signals the employer already knows the E-3 sponsorship process.
Verify the job description requires a specific degree field
E-3 specialty occupation approval depends on the role demanding a degree in a specific discipline, not just any bachelor's degree. A job posting saying 'bachelor's preferred in any field' is a red flag that can sink your E-3 petition at the consulate.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for LCA and consulate prep
Once you have a signed offer, Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service handles the Labor Condition Application, DS-160, and consulate document package. This removes the coordination burden from your employer and keeps the process on track.
Negotiate a start date that accounts for LCA processing
Your employer must file the LCA with DOL and receive certification before you can attend your consulate appointment. Build at least three to four weeks into your agreed start date to avoid a gap between your intended start and your actual visa stamp.
Clarify remote and hybrid arrangements before your visa interview
If the Healthcare Analyst role is partly remote, your LCA must reflect the actual worksite locations where you'll be physically working. Mismatches between your LCA worksite and your real work location can trigger compliance issues after you arrive.
E-3 Visa Healthcare Analyst: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Healthcare Analyst jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Search Migrate Mate to filter Healthcare Analyst roles by E-3 sponsorship. Most general job boards don't surface visa sponsorship details reliably, so you waste time applying to roles where the employer isn't set up to sponsor. Migrate Mate surfaces positions from employers with active sponsorship history, which narrows your search to realistic opportunities from the start.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Healthcare Analyst role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, provided the position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field such as health informatics, public health, biostatistics, or a related discipline. The role must not accept any bachelor's degree regardless of field. If the job description is vague on degree requirements, ask the employer to tighten the language before filing the LCA, since USCIS and DOL both scrutinize this for specialty occupation classification.
How does the E-3 visa compare to H-1B for Healthcare Analyst roles?
The E-3 has no annual lottery and no numerical cap, so you can apply at any time of year once you have a job offer. H-1B registrations are capped at 85,000 annually and selected by lottery, meaning a qualified candidate can go unselected for years. For Australian Healthcare Analysts, the E-3 is a far more direct path to U.S. employment with no randomness in the outcome.
Can I transfer my E-3 visa to a new Healthcare Analyst employer?
Yes, but the new employer must file a fresh LCA with DOL and you'll need a new visa stamp at a consulate if your current stamp has expired or doesn't cover the new employer. Unlike some other visa categories, E-3 doesn't allow a simple internal transfer notation. Plan for a three to six week lead time from signed offer to consulate appointment when changing employers.
