INTRODUCTION
StubHub is on a mission to redefine the live event experience on a global scale. Whether someone is looking to attend their first event or their hundredth, we're here to delight them all the way from the moment they start looking for a ticket until they step through the gate. The same goes for our sellers. From fans selling a single ticket to the promoters of a worldwide stadium tour, we want StubHub to be the safest, most convenient way to offer a ticket to the millions of fans who browse our platform around the world.
To enable millions of users to explore, interact with, and participate in live events worldwide, StubHub is seeking an Associate Product Manager, Paid Search / Acquisition to help drive one of our core acquisition channels across StubHub and viagogo. You will own the operating system that keeps our Paid Search product surface moving, building a clear experiment and delivery roadmap, driving strong cross-functional coordination, establishing reliable measurement, and creating durable knowledge that teams can use to make better decisions.
This role combines product thinking with practical delivery. You'll work across commercial goals, technical constraints, advertising platform behavior, and imperfect data to bring structure to a complex portfolio and help the team move with urgency without sacrificing measurement quality or context.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) – New York, NY
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Acquisition team helps fans discover live events across StubHub and viagogo. We work across Google and Microsoft Advertising to improve campaign performance, measurement, and the tools that support paid search at scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Use your Google Ads experience to identify improvements to campaign structure, bidding, target ROAS, keyword coverage, ad copy, and sitelinks.
- Identify campaign improvement opportunities through analysis, testing, and deep knowledge of Google Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance, investigate problems, and recommend actions based on expected business impact.
- Work with Engineering, Data Science, Analytical Engineering, and Operations to turn opportunities into clear requirements and delivery plans.
- Manage daily coordination: agree on owners and timelines, track dependencies, resolve blockers, and follow up on decisions.
- Maintain the experiment plan, including hypotheses, success measures, launch checks, and results. Recommend what to expand, change, or stop.
- Help improve measurement, dashboards, alerts, and campaign workflows.
- Document decisions and findings so the team can use them in future work.
WHAT YOU'VE DONE:
- Required: Extensive experience directly managing and improving Google Ads campaigns across a large, complex portfolio, with multiple markets, high campaign volume, and automated bidding. You must have deep practical knowledge of campaign structure, bidding and target ROAS, keywords, ads, and performance measurement.
- Experience with portfolios representing $100M+ in annual Google Ads spend is preferred.
- Required: Evidence of Google Ads improvements you personally identified and delivered. You can explain what you changed, why, how you measured the result, and what you learned. General marketing, analytics, or platform familiarity alone does not meet this requirement.
- Experience working with technical and operations teams to deliver improvements. This can come from a paid-search, growth, or performance marketing role.
- Strong analytical judgment. You can assess test results, explain measurement limits, and connect campaign performance to revenue and profit.
- Clear communication and reliable follow-through. You can organize work, make priorities clear, and keep several teams aligned.
- An interest in developing product management skills, including problem definition, prioritization, and delivery planning. You must also be willing to own the daily coordination and documentation.
- Previous Product Management experience is preferred but not required.
- Microsoft Advertising experience is preferred but not required.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Accelerated Growth Environment: An environment designed for swift skill and knowledge enhancement, where you have the autonomy to lead experiments and tests on a massive scale.
- Top Tier Compensation Package: Competitive base, equity, and upside that tracks with your impact.
- Flexible Time Off: Enjoy unlimited Flex Time Off, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule and take time to recharge as needed.
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Prioritize your well-being with a comprehensive benefits package, featuring 401k, and premium Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance options.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Product Associate
Frame your degree for specialty occupation
Product Associate roles must qualify as a specialty occupation under E-3 visa rules. A degree in business, information systems, or computer science maps cleanly to the role. A general management or unrelated degree can trigger an RFE, so align your credentials before applying.
Target employers with existing LCA filing history
Search the DOL's Foreign Labor Application Gateway (FLAG) for employers who have filed Labor Condition Applications for product or business analyst roles. An employer who has done it before faces far less friction sponsoring your E-3 than one starting from scratch.
Address sponsorship early in recruiter conversations
Raise E-3 sponsorship in the first substantive call, not after an offer. Explain that the E-3 has no lottery, no cap, and that employer costs are minimal. Recruiters unfamiliar with the visa often assume it resembles H-1B visa and may screen you out prematurely.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service after your offer
Once you have a signed offer, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork end-to-end. This avoids the common delay of employers routing the filing through slow internal legal teams or HR processes unfamiliar with the E-3.
Verify your employer can file before day one
Confirm your employer is enrolled in E-Verify and has a registered legal entity in the state where you'll work. Some startups and international companies operating through a parent entity hit unexpected legal barriers at the LCA stage, which can delay your start date.
Get your Australian credentials assessed before offer stage
Australian three-year bachelor's degrees are generally accepted as equivalent to a U.S. four-year degree for E-3 purposes, but having a credential evaluation from a recognized assessor ready speeds up the LCA and consulate stages significantly.
E-3 Visa Product Associate: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Product Associate jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for Australian professionals seeking U.S. roles with E-3 sponsorship. Rather than filtering through generic job boards, Migrate Mate surfaces Product Associate openings at employers who are already familiar with or open to the E-3 process, saving you from screening conversations that stall at the visa question.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Product Associate role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
It depends on how the role is defined. A Product Associate position requiring a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or information systems typically qualifies. Roles where the employer accepts any degree or no degree at all can fail the specialty occupation test. The job description and your specific degree field both factor into the consular officer's assessment.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Product Associate roles?
The E-3 has no annual lottery and no numerical cap, so you can apply any time of year as soon as you have a qualifying job offer. H-1B registrations for Product Associate roles are subject to an annual lottery with a selection rate that has historically been below 30%. For Australian nationals, the E-3 is the faster and more predictable path.
Can I change employers or get promoted while on an E-3 as a Product Associate?
Yes, but each employer change requires a new LCA and a new visa stamp or change of status filing. A promotion to a materially different role, such as moving from Product Associate to Product Manager, may also require a new LCA if the job duties or wage level change significantly. Plan for a two-to-four week filing window when switching roles.
