Reddit is a community of communities. It’s built on shared interests, passion, and trust, and is home to the most open and authentic conversations on the internet. Every day, Reddit users submit, vote, and comment on the topics they care most about. With 100,000+ active communities and approximately 121 million daily active unique visitors, Reddit is one of the internet’s largest sources of information.
We’re looking for a globally minded Lead Sales Methodology Program Manager to define, operationalize, and scale a best-in-class sales methodology for Reddit’s global ads business. You will act as the operator and owner of our sales methodology, ensuring it is tightly aligned to our go-to-market strategy and consistently executed across regions, roles, and channels.
This role blends methodology design, program management, change leadership, and hands-on facilitation. You’ll partner closely with senior sales leaders, HR, and Sales Enablement to embed methodology into how we sell from onboarding and coaching to forecasting and deal reviews.
Please note that this role is required to be in office 1-2x / month (NYC, Chicago, SF, LA)
Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously evolve Reddit’s unified, global sales methodology, including governance, standards, and decision-making.
- Translate methodology into practical frameworks, tools, and competencies (e.g., discovery, qualification, deal strategy, negotiation, storytelling, objection handling, account and opportunity planning) that can be tailored by role, segment, and region.
- Design and run scalable, modular programs that can be localized across regions, roles, and channels, supported by toolkits, playbooks, templates, or train-the-trainer resources.
- Embed the methodology across the full seller lifecycle from onboarding, ongoing skills development, certifications, and SKO to how we run pipeline reviews, forecasts, QBRs, and coaching.
- Serve as a facilitator, coach, and change leader, facilitating high-impact learning experiences and coaching sales leaders and managers on how to speak to the methodology.
- Align and influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Ops, HR, Marketing, and regional leadership through steering groups and ongoing cross-functional collaboration.
- Define and track success metrics (adoption, behavior change, and revenue outcomes) and sales feedback to continuously iterate.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8-10+ years in sales enablement, sales methodology, sales strategy/operations, management consulting, or sales leadership in ad tech or digital media.
- Proven track record owning or leading the rollout of a sales methodology across a global or large-scale sales organization.
- Strong experience influencing VP/SVP-level leaders and stakeholder management skills; you can navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and global perspectives to land on pragmatic, high-impact solutions.
- Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills; you can make methodology feel relevant, practical, and energizing for senior sellers and leaders as well as new hires.
- Data-informed and outcomes-oriented; you care about adoption and business impact, not just content delivery.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building programs, frameworks, and processes from the ground up.
- You think in systems and playbooks, and you naturally design for scale, reuse, and localization.
BENEFITS:
- Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits and Income Replacement Programs
- 401k with Employer Match
- Global Benefit programs that fit your lifestyle, from workspace to professional development to caregiving support
- Family Planning Support
- Gender-Affirming Care
- Mental Health & Coaching Benefits
- Flexible Vacation & Paid Volunteer Time Off
- Generous Paid Parental Leave

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Sales Enablement Program Manager
Frame your degree for specialty occupation
Sales enablement sits at the intersection of program management, instructional design, and go-to-market strategy. Map your Australian bachelor's degree field directly to the role's requirements on your resume and cover letter before approaching employers.
Target companies with dedicated enablement functions
Look for organisations where sales enablement is a standalone team, not a responsibility folded into marketing or HR. These employers already understand the role's scope and are far more equipped to initiate LCA filing with the DOL.
Request LCA filing before your start date
The LCA must be certified by the DOL before your visa interview. Once you have a written offer, ask your employer to begin LCA filing immediately so certification doesn't delay your consulate appointment or your intended start date.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for the paperwork
After accepting an offer, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork end-to-end. This removes the administrative burden from your employer and reduces the risk of documentation errors that slow consulate processing.
Clarify remote versus onsite arrangements upfront
USCIS and DOL require the LCA to list the worksite location where you'll perform duties. If your role is fully remote or splits across multiple offices, confirm the worksite structure with your employer before LCA filing to avoid amendments later.
Prepare evidence that the role is a specialty occupation
Consular officers assess whether a position genuinely requires a degree. Bring the job description, your degree certificate, and any professional credentials showing your expertise in sales methodology, enablement platforms, or revenue operations to your visa interview.

Find Sales Enablement Program Manager JobsSales Enablement Program Manager E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Sales Enablement Program Manager jobs with E-3 sponsorship?
Search Migrate Mate to find Sales Enablement Program Manager roles where employers are open to E-3 sponsorship. Filtering by visa type saves you from applying to roles where the hiring team has never encountered the E-3 and isn't prepared to file an LCA with the DOL on your behalf.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Sales Enablement Program Manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, provided the position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field such as business administration, communications, marketing, or instructional design. Roles where the employer accepts any degree regardless of field, or where no degree is formally required, may not meet USCIS's specialty occupation standard and can create problems at the consulate.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Sales Enablement Program Manager roles?
The E-3 has no annual lottery and no cap that fills each year, so you can apply at any point once you have a job offer. The H-1B has an 85,000-slot annual cap subject to a random lottery, meaning most applicants wait months to find out if they were selected at all. For Australians, the E-3 is a faster and more predictable path into a U.S. enablement role.
Can my E-3 status be maintained if I move into a senior or director-level enablement role?
Yes. The E-3 renews in two-year increments and isn't tied to a specific seniority level, only to the specialty occupation requirement. As long as the new role still requires a qualifying bachelor's degree in a relevant field, you can renew or transfer your E-3 status when you change positions, including promotions within the same employer.
