E-3 Visa Product Manager Jobs
Product Manager roles qualify for E-3 visa sponsorship as specialty occupations requiring a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. INTRODUCTION
The future of enterprise Finance isn't just automated, it's intelligent. At Apple, we don't bolt AI onto existing workflows. We reimagine them from the ground up.
The Finance Transformation team is building a new generation of AI native Finance platforms where intelligent agents surface insights in real time, documents process themselves, and financial decisions are powered by models that are accurate, auditable, and trusted at Apple scale.
We're looking for a visionary Product Manager who sees AI not as a feature, but as a new operating model. Someone who can bridge the depth of Finance with the ambition of cutting edge machine intelligence, and ship products that set the standard for what enterprise AI can be.
Why this Role is different. Most AI PM roles ask you to add intelligence to existing products. This role asks you to build the intelligence layer itself. You'll define how AI agents operate within Apple's Finance ecosystem and how they access live financial data, reason over complex policy, generate audit ready outputs, and earn the trust of a world class Finance organization. This is foundational platform work with company wide impact.
The role is responsible for supporting the Treasury management team internationally from a product perspective and requires frequent interactions with large groups of partners, both internal and external.
DESCRIPTION
Own Product Discovery & Strategy: Partner with Finance leaders to uncover deep business pain points, not just surface requests. Conduct user research: interviews, workflow observation, and usage analytics. Size and prioritize opportunities by business impact, user value, and strategic fit. Build and maintain a living AI roadmap that balances near term wins with long term vision.
Drive Product Definition & Delivery: Translate business needs into precise user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. Define high value AI use cases such as automated financial analysis, intelligent document processing and conversational policy assistance. Articulate system level requirements for AI agents (e.g., real time data access, audit trails, explainability). Drive sprint planning, scope management, and release strategy with Engineering.
Enable Cross Functional Orchestration: Operate at the center of the product business engineering triad, keeping all three aligned. Challenge stakeholder requests to ensure the right problem is being solved first. Advocate for user needs while articulating clear trade offs on scope, timeline, and quality. Partner with Design & Data Science on UX quality and AI model requirements.
Establish Product Excellence & Ethical AI: Define success metrics spanning adoption, satisfaction, business outcomes, and model performance. Build continuous feedback loops that turn user signal into product improvements. Uphold Apple's standards for privacy, security, and accessibility across all Finance products. Lead responsible AI practices: accuracy validation, bias detection, and transparent user communication.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within Enterprise, FinTech, SaaS, or AI focused organizations.
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- AI & Emerging Technology: Hands on experience with Generative AI, AI agents, or intelligent automation. You’re excited about fundamentally transforming workflows, not just adding a chatbot layer.
- Business to Technical Translation: Demonstrated ability to bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams. Converting ambiguous problems into clear product requirements and feature specifications.
- Product Thinking: Experience going beyond requirements gathering to defining user value and outcomes. You understand the difference between delivering a project and delivering a product.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence without authority, building alignment across Finance, Engineering, Design, and Data Science.
- Data Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using metrics, user feedback, and business data to drive prioritization and measure product success.
- Domain Experience: Background in Finance Transformation, ERP systems, internal tooling, or FinTech is highly desirable.
- Advanced Degree: MBA or technical graduate degree is a plus.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Product Manager
Frame your degree for specialty occupation
DOL requires your role to qualify as a specialty occupation, meaning a specific bachelor's degree is a normal requirement for the position. A generalist background raises flags, so document how your degree directly relates to product management responsibilities.
Target employers with existing LCA history
Employers who have filed Labor Condition Applications before understand the E-3 process and face fewer internal approval hurdles. Searching DOL's Office of Foreign Labor Certification disclosure data lets you identify companies that have sponsored similar roles.
Get your credentials assessed before interviews
Australian three-year bachelor's degrees are generally accepted as equivalent to U.S. four-year degrees for E-3 purposes, but having a formal credential evaluation ready removes any hesitation from hiring managers unfamiliar with Australian qualifications.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service after your offer
Once you have a signed offer, Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service handles your LCA submission to DOL, prepares your DS-160 and supporting documents, and guides you through the consulate appointment process so nothing delays your start date.
Align your start date with LCA certification timing
DOL certifies LCAs within seven business days in most cases, but your employer must post the LCA notice for 10 consecutive business days before filing. Build at least three weeks between your offer acceptance and your intended start date.

Find Product Manager JobsProduct Manager E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I find Product Manager jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for Australian professionals searching for U.S. roles that include E-3 visa sponsorship. Unlike general job boards, it filters for employers who are open to sponsoring E-3 applicants, so you're not cold-applying to companies unfamiliar with the visa. You can search Product Manager roles directly on the platform.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Product Manager role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, in most cases. USCIS and DOL assess specialty occupation status based on whether the position normally requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field, such as business, computer science, or engineering. A well-scoped Product Manager job description that ties responsibilities to degree-level knowledge in a defined discipline will support your application. Vague or generalist role descriptions can create complications at the consulate.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Product Manager roles?
The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, so there's no random selection event that could end your candidacy. H-1B registration is capped at 85,000 visas per year with a lottery that selects roughly one in four applicants. For Product Managers, both visas require specialty occupation status, but the E-3 allows you to apply any time of year as soon as you have an offer.
Can I switch Product Manager roles while on an E-3?
Yes, but your new employer needs to file a fresh LCA with DOL and you'll need a new E-3 visa stamp reflecting the updated employment. You can begin working for the new employer once the LCA is certified and you've obtained a new visa at a consulate or Australian embassy, since E-3 status is tied to the specific employer and role on file.
