ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Administer and support SonicWall firewalls.
- Implement and troubleshoot firewall rule changes.
- Manage network connectivity across multiple locations.
- Perform network troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Support secure remote access solutions.
- Review and implement security-related configuration changes.
- Assist with privileged administrative activities.
- Support network and security operational incidents.
- Participate in infrastructure transition and stabilization activities.
- Create and maintain network and security documentation.
- Work with customer security and infrastructure teams to improve operational maturity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of Network and Security Operations experience.
- Strong SonicWall administration experience.
- Firewall policy management and troubleshooting.
- TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP.
- VPN and remote access technologies.
- Network monitoring and diagnostics.
- Incident response and operational security support.
- Microsoft infrastructure security fundamentals.
