E-3 Visa Servicenow Administrator Jobs
ServiceNow Administrator roles qualify as E-3 specialty occupations because they require a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field. The E-3 visa has no lottery and no annual cap, so sponsorship can happen any time of year. Australian professionals can start in two to three weeks once an employer files the Labor Condition Application.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Servicenow Administrator
Align your credentials to specialty occupation
USCIS requires that your degree field directly relates to the ServiceNow Administrator role. A degree in information systems, computer science, or business information technology is your strongest match. Unrelated degrees can create eligibility problems at the consulate.
Target employers with existing LCA infrastructure
Search DOL's FLAG portal for companies that have filed Labor Condition Applications for IT operations or ITSM roles. Employers who've done this before move faster, ask fewer questions, and are less likely to stall on sponsorship logistics.
Get ServiceNow certifications before applying
A Certified System Administrator credential from ServiceNow strengthens your specialty occupation argument by demonstrating that the role requires specialized knowledge, not just general IT skills. Attach your certification to every application to remove employer doubt about E-3 visa eligibility.
Clarify the LCA timeline when you get an offer
Once you have an offer, your employer needs to post the LCA notice at the worksite for ten business days before DOL certifies it. Flag this upfront so HR doesn't schedule your start date before the LCA clears, which is the most common delay in E-3 onboarding.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for clean execution
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork from offer letter to consulate appointment. This is especially useful when your employer's HR team has never sponsored an Australian before and needs a defined process to follow.
Address contractor and third-party site placements early
If your ServiceNow role involves working at a client site rather than the sponsoring employer's office, the LCA must list the actual worksites. Clarify the deployment model with your employer before filing to avoid a deficient LCA and a delayed visa stamp.
E-3 Visa Servicenow Administrator: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find ServiceNow Administrator jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. It surfaces U.S. employers who have E-3 or LCA filing history for IT and ITSM roles, so you're not cold-applying to companies that have never sponsored an Australian. Filter by role and location to see which employers are actively open to E-3 candidates in the ServiceNow space.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a ServiceNow Administrator role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3 visa?
Yes, provided the position requires a bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as information systems, computer science, or IT management. The key is that the job description must reflect degree-level requirements, not just certifications or experience. Roles framed as general IT support rather than specialized platform administration can face more scrutiny, so the offer letter wording matters.
How does the E-3 visa compare to the H-1B for ServiceNow Administrator roles?
The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, meaning you can start any time of year rather than waiting for an October 1 start date. Processing is also faster since the employer files an LCA with DOL rather than a full I-129 petition with USCIS. For Australian professionals, the E-3 is a more predictable path to a ServiceNow role than the H-1B visa, which depends on random selection.
Can I transfer my E-3 visa to a new employer if I change ServiceNow jobs?
Yes, but the process starts fresh with each employer. Your new employer files a new LCA and you'll need a new visa stamp if yours lists the previous employer's details. If you're already in the U.S. on a valid E-3, you can begin working for the new employer once their LCA is certified, without waiting for a new consulate appointment in most cases.
