Job Description
- Manage Walmart and Sam's Club remodel projects across NC, SC, and TN
- Lead daily site operations, safety, quality, and schedule performance
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet client standards, budgets, and deadlines
- Travel between project locations with typical assignments lasting 3 months
The Successful Applicant
- Experience as a Superintendent on Walmart, Sam's Club, or Publix projects
- Background in retail remodels and/or ground-up construction
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region
- Ability to work night shifts when project schedules require
- Walmart certification highly preferred
