Asset Training Specialist
Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire
The actual location of this role is in Portsmouth, NH. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and delivering training that supports manufacturing excellence and ensures teams are fully prepared to succeed in a GMP environment. This position follows a 10-hour, first-shift schedule.

What you will do:
Deliver hands-on and classroom training to biotechnologists in a GMP manufacturing environment
Support onboarding of new employees and ongoing development of experienced staff
Develop engaging training materials, including videos, guides, and digital learning tools
Conduct interactive training sessions covering manufacturing, safety, and quality topics
Partner with stakeholders to align training programs with operational needs
Ensure all training activities meet compliance and quality standards
Act as a subject matter expert and support continuous improvement of training programs
What we are looking for:
Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment or similar regulated setting
