Entry Level Endoscopy Registered Nurse Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level endoscopy registered nurse job?
Employers hiring at the entry level typically look for a current RN license, completion of a nursing program with clinical rotations, and basic familiarity with gastrointestinal procedures or sterile technique. Candidates who have completed endoscopy-specific clinical hours, hold a BLS certification, or can demonstrate hands-on experience with scope handling and patient monitoring stand out. Applying directly to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and gastroenterology clinics with openings labeled new grad or no experience required is the most direct path.
Which companies hire entry level endoscopy registered nurses?
Companies hiring entry level endoscopy registered nurses right now include AMBU, SCA Health, and OhioHealth, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hiring at this level covers health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and outpatient gastroenterology practices that run structured orientation programs designed to bring new nurses up to speed in the endoscopy suite.
Are there remote entry level endoscopy registered nurse jobs?
Yes, though most endoscopy nursing roles require direct patient care and are on-site by nature. About 2% of entry level endoscopy registered nurse openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, and these tend to be care coordination, pre-procedure patient education, or telehealth triage positions rather than procedural floor roles. On-site openings remain the primary pathway for nurses building hands-on endoscopy skills early in their careers.
Are these new grad endoscopy registered nurse jobs?
Yes, many of these openings are new grad, recent graduate, and junior roles that explicitly welcome candidates with limited experience. A posting is generally new-grad friendly when it states zero to two years of experience required, accepts internship or clinical rotation hours in place of paid work history, or offers a structured residency or preceptorship in the endoscopy unit. New grads with strong GI or surgical clinical rotations are competitive applicants for these positions.
Which industries hire the most entry level endoscopy registered nurses?
Entry Level endoscopy registered nurse roles concentrate in Healthcare & Medical Services, Education, and Medical Devices, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors drive entry level hiring because they operate high-volume endoscopy programs and rely on structured onboarding to build their procedural nursing pipelines from the ground up.
