As our Endoscopy Department continues to grow, we are seeking experienced and qualified nurses to join our team. Endoscopy provides comprehensive gastrointestinal endoscopic service to our patients. More than 17,000 procedures are performed annually. Our nursing team provides comprehensive pre, intra, and post care to patients undergoing a wide variety of endoscopic procedures such as:
+ Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) for the evaluation and management of bile duct obstruction and gallstones.
+ Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal submucosal tumors and staging of esophageal cancer, treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding using the latest hemostatic techniques, and expandable stent placement for treatment of strictures of the esophagus, duodenum and colon.
+ Radiofrequency Ablation and Cryotherapy
+ Per-Oral Endoscopic Myotomy (POEM)
+ Routine endoscopies such as colonoscopy for colorectal screening and polyp surveillance and upper endoscopy for the evaluation for ulcers and acid reflux disease
Our active esophageal motility laboratory performs esophageal manometry, and both catheter-based and Bravo-capsule based ambulatory esophageal pH monitoring.
