The team develops and scales next-generation capabilities across autonomous transportation, zero-emission technologies, and yard modernization. Working at the intersection of engineering, operations, technology, and strategy, we identify emerging capabilities, build business cases, partner with leading technology providers, and take solutions from concept and pilot through enterprise-scale deployment—delivering measurable improvements in safety, efficiency, and transportation operations.

- Define and lead Walmart’s enterprise autonomous transportation strategy and roadmap.
- Advise senior leaders on autonomous technology, industry trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing engineering team.
- Identify use cases, build business cases, and prioritize investments.
- Evaluate technologies and select strategic partners and vendors.
- Develop commercial models and negotiate agreements with internal and external partners.
- Lead autonomous programs from concept and pilot through scaled deployment.
- Establish performance metrics and use data to drive decisions.
- Build alignment across Transportation, Operations, Product, Safety, Legal, and other stakeholders.
