- Accelerate DevOps & Developer Experience: Define SDLC and DevSecOps standards to drive automation that reduces toil and shortens delivery cycles.
- Evolve Service Management Platforms: Architect scalable, AI-ready ITSM/ESM solutions with ServiceNow including integrations, workflow automation, and self-service capabilities aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Lead & Influence: Conduct architectural reviews, guide technology selection, mentor platform engineers, and represent the team in cross-functional forums and standards bodies.

- 8+ years of experience designing and building ITSM processes using ServiceNow, including enterprise-scale design and integration.
- 8+ years of experience with DevOps practices and toolchains including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Demonstrated experience leading architectural reviews, driving cross-functional design decisions, and building consensus across engineering and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex architectural decisions for both technical peers and senior non-technical leaders.
- Comfort operating with high autonomy in a fast-paced, matrixed environment; strong bias toward action and outcome.

OUR APPROACH TO FLEXIBLE WORK
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
Workday is an Equal Opportunity Employer including individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.
At Workday, we are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive hiring experience where all candidates can fully demonstrate their skills. If you require assistance or an accommodation at any point, please email accommodations@workday.com.

Tips for Your Enterprise Solutions Job Search
Tailor your resume for each buyer type
Enterprise solutions roles vary by whether you're selling to IT, finance, or operations leaders. Reframe your resume bullets to match the decision-maker each employer targets, using their language around ROI, total cost of ownership, or process efficiency.
Quantify deal size and cycle length
Hiring managers in enterprise solutions want to see the scale you've operated at. Replace vague verbs with specifics: how large were the contracts you managed, how long were the cycles, and how many stakeholders were involved in each close.
Apply early to roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists enterprise solutions openings from across the United States in one place, so you can find roles that match and apply directly to each listing.
Filter by deployment model when targeting openings
Cloud, on-premise, and hybrid roles attract different hiring criteria and sometimes different compensation structures. When searching, use deployment type as a filter to match openings to the technical environment where your hands-on experience actually lives.
Prepare a discovery call story for interviews
Enterprise solutions interviews almost always include a simulated discovery call or deal review. Prepare a concise example that walks through how you identified a customer's core problem, mapped it to a solution, and navigated objections from multiple stakeholders.
Negotiate around ramp time and quota relief
In enterprise roles with long sales cycles, ramp period length and quota relief terms matter as much as base salary. When you reach the offer stage, ask directly how quota is structured in the first two quarters and what support is provided during onboarding.
Enterprise Solutions Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies are hiring the most enterprise solutions professionals?
The companies hiring the most enterprise solutions professionals right now include Boston Consulting, Hewlett Packard Enterprise | HPE, and Transaction Network Services (TNS), with the largest share of openings in California, Texas, and New York, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Demand is concentrated in technology vendors, systems integrators, and large financial services firms.
How many enterprise solutions jobs are remote?
About 42% of enterprise solutions openings are fully remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting the relationship-driven nature of many roles. Pre-sales engineering and technical architecture positions tend to offer the most remote flexibility, while implementation and customer success roles more often require on-site or regional travel.
How do you become an enterprise solutions professional?
Start by building foundational experience in a customer-facing role such as inside sales, technical support, or business analysis. Develop fluency with at least one major ERP or CRM platform, pursue certifications from vendors like Salesforce or SAP, and progressively take on larger accounts to demonstrate you can manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements independently.
Can you break into enterprise solutions with limited experience?
Yes, and the most practical entry point is through a business development representative or associate solutions consultant role at a software vendor. Emphasize any experience coordinating across teams, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences, or managing a project from discovery to delivery, even if it came from an internship or adjacent function.
What does the enterprise solutions interview process look like?
Most enterprise solutions interviews run three to four rounds. Expect an initial recruiter screen, a hiring manager conversation focused on your deal or project history, a simulated discovery call or business case presentation, and a final panel with cross-functional stakeholders. Employers want to see how you structure a conversation, handle objections, and communicate value to different buyer personas.
