Hiring: Restoration Project Manager / Estimator
SERVPRO of Highland Park | Highland Park, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications in coordinating projects and estimate writing skills.
Total Earnings: Potential to earn over $100,000 per year, including base salary, commissions and performance bonuses. Actual earnings will be vary based on individual performance.

About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager / Estimator with a strong background in water damage restoration, fire and mold remediation, reconstruction project management, and Xactimate estimating.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of water damage restoration experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of mitigation project management experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience preparing estimates using Xactimate required.
• Experience with water, fire, mold, and reconstruction projects is a MUST.

Languages:

• Spanish (Preferred)
• Armenian or Persian (Preferred but not necessary)
• Mandarin (Preferred but not necessary)
