Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support trade shows, live events, and brand activations, including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
- Assist in managing trade show logistics, including booth setup, vendor coordination, shipping, and materials management
- Support live event production, including TikTok Lives and interactive activations, ensuring seamless execution
- Work behind the scenes during events to manage timelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align event execution with brand strategy and business goals
- Support event communications, including internal coordination, event briefs, and post-event recaps
- Help manage on-site and live audience engagement, ensuring a positive and on-brand experience
- Stay up to date on event trends, live commerce, and experiential marketing to continuously improve activations
- Support additional marketing and event-related initiatives as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination, trade shows, experiential marketing
- Experience supporting trade show logistics and on-site event execution preferred
- Familiarity with TikTok, live streaming platforms, and social engagement tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in fast-paced, live environments
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for events and trade shows
