About LiveKit
LiveKit is building the infrastructure layer for the voice-driven era of computing. Our platform gives developers everything they need to build, test, deploy, scale, and observe agents in production. Founded in 2021, LiveKit powers voice AI applications for OpenAI, xAI, Salesforce, Coursera, Spotify, and thousands of others, collectively facilitating billions of calls each year.
About This Role
Most companies that sell to developers treat events like a booth and a badge scanner. We don't. Field marketing at LiveKit exists to do one thing: put the right builders and buyers in a room, and turn that into pipeline. Over the past year we've shipped 35+ events — dinners, meetups, conference activations — and the playbook works. Now we're hiring the person who runs it day to day. To be clear about the tradeoff: this is an execution-heavy role. Venues, vendors, budgets, swag logistics, and follow-up lists that actually reach sales within 48 hours. If you want to watch from the strategy deck, this isn't it. If you want to own real events end to end from week one — at the exact moment the team is scaling — keep reading.
You'll thrive as a Field Marketing Coordinator if you:
are obsessed with making the best product for our customers
are known as the go-to person for tackling tough problems
work hard and can build and ship fast
are focused on polish, detail and quality
are a fast learner, frequently picking up new tips, tricks, and skills
The best way to impress us is with thoughtful ways you'd support LiveKit’s GTM plan.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end logistics for regional field events — dinners, meetups, and conference activations — including venue sourcing, vendor management, procurement, and on-site execution
Run the pre- and post-event sales enablement motion: attendee list hygiene, sales handoff, and follow-up tracking within 48 hours of every event
Track event KPIs and clearly communicate results to Sales, Marketing, and Finance
Manage the swag and event inventory program — sourcing, warehousing, and ordering
Provide executional support on ABM and Demand Gen campaigns where needed
Who You Are
Able to travel for events across the US
2–4 years in event coordination, field marketing, or a comparable event-heavy role
Results-oriented — you track, report, and can articulate what an event actually produced
Strong at vendor and logistics management, and comfortable owning budgets and procurement details
Comfortable using AI and marketing tooling to increase your output
Able to operate independently in a fast, ambiguous environment
Nice to Have
You've run events tied to a sales pipeline goal, not just general brand awareness
B2B, dev-tools, or infrastructure company background
HubSpot or similar marketing automation experience
You've personally hauled a box of swag through an airport — and would do it again
Our Commitment to You
An opportunity to build something truly impactful to the world
Contribute to open source alongside world-class engineers
Competitive salary and equity package
Health, dental, and vision benefits
Flexible vacation policy
