The DNH Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Field Marketing Representatives throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas. This is an entry-level opportunity focused on community outreach, lead generation, and setting appointments for our residential and commercial service divisions.
As a Field Marketing Representative, you will engage directly with homeowners and business owners, introduce our services, and schedule estimates with our project management team. No prior experience is required; we provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
This position offers uncapped earning potential, performance bonuses, advancement opportunities, incentive programs, and a flexible schedule. Top performers have the opportunity to earn a substantial income while building valuable sales, networking, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners and business owners to introduce DNH services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule estimates for our project management team.
- Build brand awareness and establish a strong local presence in neighborhoods and business districts.
- Work alongside team members during marketing campaigns and events.
- Represent The DNH Group professionally at all times.
- Maintain accurate records using company-provided software and tools.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Available to work a minimum of 20–25 hours per week.
- Reliable transportation preferred (assistance may be available).
- Smartphone or mobile device required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
