INTRODUCTION
Join our team as a Generalist Service Representative and become the technical expert our customers rely on. You'll deliver hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair services that keep critical systems running safely and efficiently while building lasting customer relationships.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install and commission customer systems according to established procedures and quality standards
- Conduct preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance to maximize system reliability and performance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues onsite while maintaining strict safety and compliance protocols
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance their operations

COMPENSATION
- The expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
