Oxi Fresh is seeking an experienced, highly professional hands-on Manager that will have a tangible impact to help grow our business, provide top notch cleaning services,lead our small team of technicians, oversee daily operations, conduct estimates, and onboard, train, coach, and manage technicians.

• You have 2+ years of direct management/supervisory experience — REQUIRED
• You have management experience in carpet cleaning or a field-service industry such as restoration, pest control, HVAC, pressure washing, landscaping, pool service, construction/trades, moving, delivery/logistics, or similar
• You are highly professional, trustworthy, dependable, and comfortable managing people, performance issues, and difficult situations
• You know how to lead, coach, and hold employees accountable
• You are willing to personally perform cleaning services as a regular part of this position
• You have a CLEAN criminal background and CLEAN driving record with NO POINTS
• You live between Boca Raton and West Palm Beach

This is NOT a desk-management position. We are a small, growing business, so the Manager will regularly perform carpet, upholstery, area rug, and tile & grout cleaning while managing the team. As we grow and add technicians, the position will increasingly focus on management, operations, sales, estimates, and business development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage, onboard, train, coach, and hold technicians accountable
• Oversee scheduling, productivity, attendance, professionalism, and service quality
• Personally perform carpet, upholstery, area rug, and tile & grout cleaning
• Address technician performance and conduct issues
• Handle difficult employee and customer situations professionally
• Conduct quality checks and resolve callbacks/redos
• Manage equipment, inventory, supplies, and company vehicles
• Conduct commercial, tile & grout, and larger-job estimates
• Follow up on estimates and help convert opportunities into booked business
• Build customer and commercial relationships
• Identify additional sales and service opportunities
• Drive 5-star reviews, referrals, repeat business, revenue, and profitability

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must live between Boca Raton and West Palm Beach
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — NO POINTS
• Must pass criminal background, motor vehicle, driver's license, and employment history checks
• Stable employment history
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Professional, trustworthy, punctual, and dependable
• Able to lift 45+ lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day
• Comfortable with sales, estimates, and growing revenue

Professional cleaning experience is preferred. Management experience is required.

COMPENSATION

$50,000 Base Salary + Commission + Performance Incentives

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want a hands-on leader with an owner/operator mentality who leads by example, takes ownership, solves problems independently, manages different personalities, holds employees accountable, remains calm under pressure, and understands the importance of customer service, sales, and business growth.

SCHEDULE & TERRITORY

• Full-time, 5 days per week including Saturdays
• Monday–Saturday with one weekday off; closed Sundays
• Typical service hours approximately 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
• MUST BE Flexible for occasional early-morning/evening jobs
• Must live between Boca Raton and West Palm Beach
