Experienced Sales Consultant | Back-up Finance

Giles Hyundai is looking for someone who wants to grow in their career beyond the sales floor and develop into a Finance Manager. The right candidate will primarily work in automotive sales while also serving as a backup Finance resource, gaining hands on experience with all finance processes, learn about submitting deals with banks, compliance, and all things necessary completing a purchase.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: Our Sales Consultants are paid a base pay with a bonus and commission structure where you’ll unlimited earning while you sell cars and meet performance goals. As you begin to learn and sign deals, you’ll also be compensated for each deal you sign!
Annual Bonuses: Annual Christmas and Vacation bonuses averaging $1,700 each
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation, and 401k retirement options with 25% annual company contributions
Advancement into Finance Department:
We recently hit a new sales record of 108 cars sold and we are at the point of growth where we need to start thinking about adding a full-time Finance Manager but not quite there yet. As you sell cars as an Experience Sales Consultant, we will put you on a schedule to learn financing, lender programs, deal structuring, and other processes and back-up finance when the Finance manager is unavailable. The goal is to help you become a more well rounded automotive professional while giving you the skills and experience to take on additional responsibilities within finance to support your team.

What will you do?
Obviously, you sell cars and maintain customer relationships but you also will learn the finance responsibilities, work with banks and lenders, explain loan terms, sell financing products, ensure compliance, verify customer information, submit and fund deals, and maintain lender relationships.
