As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll create a welcoming first impression while keeping daily office operations organized and moving. You’ll greet clients, manage calls and calendars, handle records, and provide responsive administrative support. Duties
- Welcome visitors, answer questions, and provide professional front desk and customer support.
- Answer and route calls using multi-line phone systems; take clear messages and maintain strong phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate client communication.
- Complete data entry, typing, word processing, proofreading, filing, and spreadsheet updates.
- Support office management and bookkeeping tasks, including QuickBooks, and use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Skills
- Strong customer service, phone communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Computer literacy and technical proficiency with productivity software, spreadsheets, and routine data entry.
- Clerical, administrative, office, or front desk experience is helpful; medical receptionist or personal assistant experience is also valued.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and bookkeeping is preferred.
- Bilingual ability is a plus.
