Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services & Registration: Warmly welcome guests, process timely check-ins and check-outs, and address guest needs or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Payment & Transactions: Securely process payments, handle room charges, and balance transactions according to established hotel procedures.
- Daily Operations: Complete daily shift task sheets, maintain accurate logs, and keep the front desk and lobby areas orderly.
- Breakfast Operations: Set up, maintain, and restock the complimentary breakfast area during morning service; ensure food safety standards, cleanliness, and a welcoming dining atmosphere for guests.
- Laundry & Linen Support: Assist with laundering, folding, and stocking hotel linens during assigned shifts.
- Property Awareness: Ensure guest comfort, safety, and security across all assigned day, evening, or overnight shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements
