Position Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Use the PEP PMS system to manage reservations, guest accounts, room assignments, and payments
- Answer phones and assist guests with questions and requests
- Make and modify reservations as needed
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and the surrounding area
- Respond to guest concerns and work to resolve issues professionally
- Communicate important guest and operational information to the appropriate team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Assist with other front desk duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- PEP PMS experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and hotel software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
