Looking for a part-time job with a flexible schedule? We are seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team for approximately 2–3 shifts per week.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for additional income, a flexible work schedule, or part-time hours without a full-time commitment.
What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be one of the first people our guests interact with and will help create a welcoming experience throughout their stay.
Responsibilities include:
- Checking guests in and out
- Answering phones and assisting with reservations
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest accounts
- Responding to guest questions and requests
- Assisting with guest concerns and finding solutions when needed
- Communicating with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room and guest needs
- Keeping the front desk and lobby organized
- Completing basic front desk paperwork and shift responsibilities
- Communicating important information to the next shift and management
Schedule
This position is approximately 2–3 shifts per week.
Shifts may include:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Applicants should have availability for a combination of morning and evening shifts. Weekend availability is required. Additional shifts may occasionally be available for vacations, call-offs, holidays, and high-occupancy periods.
