What You'll Do
- Leading CR process management at assigned stores by observing, installing, and training approved processes.
- Call sales customers to follow up on their experience and satisfaction with their vehicle.
- Listen to incoming calls and coach team members on improving their customer communication skills.
- Provide assistance with administering Employee Satisfaction Survey programs.
- Draft response letters to the DOJ as necessary.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Performance Dashboard.
