Brian, our agency leader, is a long-time resident of Southeastern Wisconsin, and has served the Brookfield, WI area and neighboring communities as a trusted State Farm Agent since 2003. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and professional designations of CLU and ChFC, he brings a deep understanding of insurance and financial services.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brian Brecklin - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
