Job Purpose
The part-time Customer Relations Specialist’s role is to convert signed Dealers to buying Dealers. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
● Collaborate with Marketing to understand the process from Lead Generation to Buying Dealers
o Follow a step-by-step roadmap of the process
● Follow each step in the process
o Understand what steps have happened to lead to the Dealer sign-up
o Understands the role in bridging the gap between Marketing and Sales
o Create a warm first impression with new Dealers to feel welcome and want to know more
o Educate Dealers on our complete offering and become a reference for helping their customers
● Follow Measurable Metrics for tracking the success and results of the process (potential examples
below)
o Lead to Dealer sign-up success ratio
o Dealer sign up to Buying Dealer success ratio
o The average time between process steps
o Contact tracking (between steps)
● Understand all Proveli brands, products, and industries served
● Uncover and remove obstacles for Dealers to be successful
● Execute both short- and long-term projects with milestones and obtainable goals
● Achieve (30/60/90) day milestones, then meet with the manager to be sure all expectations are being met
● Remain positive and professional, and work together with the team to make a great environment for each other and our customers
● Be a role model for our Core Values and our Corporate Vision
● Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
● 3-5+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience
● Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of success
● Experience in:
o Brand Ambassador
o Customer Service
o Inside Sales
● Strong Communication skills and interpersonal skills across all levels
● Multiple software computer skills
● Ability to multitask
Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is typically exposed to a standard interior office environment. Occasionally, the employee will be required to enter the production facility, where they may be exposed to manufacturing fumes and elevated noise levels. Personal protective equipment is available for your convenience and may be required in some areas of the facility.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to listen and respond to multiple team members. This position requires both sitting at a computer and walking through the facility throughout the day. No heavy lifting is foreseen for this position.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
