What You’ll Do as a Sales & Customer Relations Representative
- Drive sales by engaging with potential customers, starting conversations, identifying their needs, and introducing relevant AT&T products and services.
- Promote AT&T offerings by explaining product features, service benefits, and available options in a clear and compelling way.
- Build rapport with customers, establish trust, and develop positive relationships that support sales and customer satisfaction.
- Identify sales opportunities by asking questions, understanding customer preferences, and recommending suitable solutions.
- Guide customers through the sales process, address questions or concerns, and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Work toward daily and team sales targets while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.
