We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Project Manager Associate, responsible for clinical trial packaging, to join our team within our Clinical Trials Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Client Services and Project Management teams by performing crucial project tasks. This will range from communication with clients, development of the project requirements, and documentation aspects of crafting the projects.

What will you do?
- Works with the client and Client Services Project Management team to finalize project specifications.
- Assists in setting up and maintaining study filing systems and maintains accurate records for all work undertaken.
- Joint responsibility with the Project Manager for ensuring all FCS activities come together in a timely manner to meet the customer and study requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate all relevant activities to ensure that all services and products are ready for the start of the study, or as required by the customer.
- Use appropriate tools for project planning to effectively communicate accomplishments and key project activities, concerns, and duties.
- Providing reports or other information promptly to internal and external customers as required.
- Creates and/or supports the creation of operational documentation using internal systems, create Bill of Materials for a study, and may coordinate the creation and review of billing packages.
- Offers support as a backup to colleagues in the team responsible for handling Client Services projects.
- Collaborates with internal colleagues to guarantee that activities concerning packaging and delivery services are accurately coordinated.
- Provide administrative support to team members when vital.
- Applies Good Manufacturing Practices in all areas of responsibility.
- Meets or exceeds all applicable goals/metrics.
- Conducts all activities in a safe manner.
- Other duties as assigned based on business needs.
How will you get here?
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S./B.F. A.) from a four-year college our university and related experience in customer service, clinical trials or pharmaceuticals, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
- Clinical Packaging/Labeling experience preferred desirable.
- Two years of project management experience is valued.
- A background of 2 years in a customer-facing position is preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.

- Balance multiple tasks with strong organizational, planning, verbal, written and numerical skills including the ability to analyze and define solutions.
- Effective communicator with the ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including excellent relationship building.
- Excellent customer management skills: proactively anticipates, understands, and responds to the needs of clients to meet or exceed their expectations.
- Requires understanding and proficient use of SOPs required by company Quality standards.
- Experienced in personal computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
- Capability to exhibit expertise in relevant project planning tools (e.g. Smartsheet, etc.) for communicating breakthroughs and critical path activities and responsibility.
- Requires proven experience with customers in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in clinical trial knowledge is preferred.
