Bethany Medical is an established Independent Multi-Specialty Practice with locations in Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, Jamestown, Kernersville, North Wilkesboro, and Mt. Airy.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine.
- Completion of a Gastroenterology Fellowship with board certification or board eligibility.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to work as a team to achieve common goals.
Job Details:
Join a team of other esteemed Physicians and Providers in a busy practice setting.
- Maintains confidentiality of patient and corporate information.
- Perform diagnostic procedures (e.g., endoscopies, colonoscopies) at a state-of-the-art endoscopy center to identify gastrointestinal conditions and diseases.
- Evaluate patient history and symptoms to develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Interpret diagnostic tests and imaging results to inform patient care decisions.
- Provide specialized treatments for conditions such as IBS, Crohn’s disease, ulcers, and liver disease.
- Administer preventive care and screenings, such as cancer screenings and dietary assessments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options, lifestyle changes, and disease management.
- Participate in research or clinical trials to advance knowledge in gastroenterology.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records to ensure continuity of care.
- Stay updated on new treatments and technologies within the field of gastroenterology.
- Build relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.
- Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity of care.
- Communicate with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information.
- Refer patients to specialists and relevant patient care components as appropriate.
